Product is excellent. Subscription service is horrible. Delivery tracking is non-existent. Shipment is still lost in space somewhere, and no support from Good Protein other than telling me to try their Eggnog Product.

I'm really upset. They use a terrible courier that does not follow delivery instructions at all and will lose your package, and when you reach out to customer service, they will give you the run around and tell you to wait 7 days, and then another 7 days, and then they eventually stop responding. My friend who recommended the store to me said that she did not expect this from them, and she said I should do a chargeback for my order. She said she will stop buying GoodProtein in the future too.

I tried the chai latte all in one mix with warm coconut milk. It was easy to mix, didn’t end up with any clumps , tasted a lot better than I thought it would, normally protein shakes are a little chalky but this is not at all. Customer service is quick in responding , they answered my questions and were very friendly. I wasn’t just another number to them, I was heard and that feels good . I have already started recommending to family and friends .

Good Protein is a scam. In fine print, if you change your mind or want to return your order, they will charge you 15% restocking fee. This is not indicated clearly when you place the order, which is a real disappointment. I regret ordering with them and will not support a brand who operates like this - terrible customer service.

I found it quite convenient to have the product delivered to my door, just before I ran out each month. It is a really good product that gets used daily.

I love love the flavors not thick like vegan shakes. The flavors are bang on. I look forward to my shake every morning .I have represented other companies and can honestly say that Good Protein is one of the best out there. No gross after taste no chalky residue honestly I feel full after my shake I add collagen and yogurt to it the yogurt gives it a creamier texture. Price is decent. I absolutely will continue to purchase Good Ptotein.

Unfortunately the Orange Cream Pop tasted like cardboard so we asked for a refund within their 60-day return policy. Because Canada Post was on strike, they said they would delay the return window until shipping has resumed and then send me my prepaid shipping label. This did not happen so I emailed a reminder. They then promised to email the label out immediately, which did not happen either. So 2 days later I asked again and was told my request was sent to another team and that I would receive this prepaid label within 24 hours. Again, NEVER HAPPENED. And just now I received an email stating that since my 60-day window has passed, it is not possible to give a refund!! This company has lied to me 3 times now and it's obvious they never intended to honour their refund policy in the first place.
I should have read the reviews on TrustPilot first - they say it all. A waste of $60.00 and a lesson well learned.

Good protein is unlike any other I've tried. I love chocolate and this is bang on, not a mouth full of sugar. Im 64 and cooking for one sucks for me, I at least know my body is fueled by the shake and I'm getting my vitamins. I've tried a few different flavours all delicious, I see eggnog flavour is in for the holidays.
Give it a try you won't regret it.

I love Good Protein. They would get 5 stars but I find it a little on the pricey side.

I bought an All-in-one shake chocolate fudge flavored because all the reviews and marketing said the favor was revolutionnary. I mixed it with water like suggested on the bag and flavor-wise, the vegetal protein overpowers the chocolate taste, it's bad. I think it's overprice for what is offered and leaves a bad taste in mouth. Overrated in my opinion. Maybe you'll like it if you like the taste of vegetal protein itself.

My shipment was returned to the company and never made it to my address. The team was on it, emailed me to let me know and gave me a few options of what I like to do. I told them to re-ship it of course with no extra cost. The company was helpful, kind and apologetic. I told them of how helpful and kind they were along with great customer service. It's a Canadian product. One of the best protein shakes around with no grit, and it's tasty. I do get a fullness that you can't tell that your full, but you know your not hungry. It's good for a morning drink or a snack during the day. You can't go wrong with this company and they are definitely trying their best. The commercials help with regular people sharing their experience with this product. Keep up the great and tirelessly work you all do in this company.

Brand new customer just of last week as I’ve heard such good things and they were on dragons den when I used to watch it. I was a little sceptical as I have tried Javy protein coffee from the states, but I wanted to support a Canadian company I ordered six different flavours and forgot that I had a subscription to some of them and so I emailed support and they refunded me the total cost of the subscription without any questions asked and taught me how to pause my subscriptions and fix the frequency. Overall, very impressed with the customer service and the product to the point that I would be promoting it in my digital marketing campaigns And consider becoming an affiliate for the brand if need be or if they would allow it!
