I purchased vanilla milkshake, chocolate, and with no flavor. Overall, it is mediocre protein. I am going to repurchase flavourless it is good addition to cooking and baking. The other two taste not good.

I have tried many of the Good Protein flavours and each one is a winner to me. More than that the customer service is excellent.

The customer service team with Good Protein is absolutely fantastic! Charlie explained the exchange procedure to me and was so fast and efficient getting back to me! The product is amazing. I have tried virtually every protein powder on the market and this is my absolute favourite for texture and flavor.

Super tasty protein powders and lots of flavours to choose from. They’re not chalky like a lot of other powders. And their customer service is top notch! - friendly and efficient :)

Best tasting protein powder out there. Every flavour we've tried has been really good. I don't know how they do it but cookies and cream tastes like cookies and cream and the chai latte is exceptional. My daily go to is strawberries and cream and when I add frozen strawberries and milk to the powder it tastes like a milkshake! The fact that it is vegan makes it just the best out there.

Switched to this product because it has clean ingredients,and importantly,it's made in Canada. I was pleasantly pleased as it also tastes great! Customer service is phenomenal when i had any questions. Prompt responses via email or chat box! My husband and I love the variety of flavor choices . Im personally hooked on the peanut butter. Highly recommend Good Protein to anyone looking for a quality,Canadian made protein powder!

My order was delayed and chat really helped assure me my products would arrive. I ordered on December 11 and it arrived today December 31. So very happy! A good way to bring in the new year! I have 5 new flavors to try! So exciting!

This company just keeps exceeding my every expectation. The product quality is unmatched. It is insanely good compared to traditional protein powders which I would generally end up throwing out. I've gone through so many different flavours of Good Protein and I didn't hate a single one. I actually love them. My health has improved drastically because there is 75% my daily value of iron and I don't need to take supplements that kill my stomach! Not only is their product the best of the best, their customer service is top tier. The absolute best customer service I have ever received. Even if you don't like the product, you'll appreciate their customer service!

ETA: Dropping to 4 stars because I have realized their customer service responses are AI. I even asked if it was AI and it lied to me saying it was a human. Thats not cool. info(at)goodprotein.ca is giving immediate responses written like an LLM. It's not possible for a human to write something that fast in response. I got a full email response within one minute of sending an email. This is minor in the grand scheme but will cause significant issues for consumers if no human reviews these conversations to follow up. The AI was the one who asked me to leave a review, so this was not unprompted.

First off I want to say that I love the product and I’m very happy with my subscription. The reason I am giving a one star review is because of the absurd amount of plastic waste… Must you include a scoop with every bag? People have me measuring cups, measuring spoons and scales in their homes, the plastic scoops are redundant, wasteful and incredibly tone deaf in 2025. Please do better.

For me, Good Protein is the start of my day! It's the perfect blend of pleasure and energy to kickstart my day. The peanut butter the texture is incredibly smooth. It's like drinking a delicious milkshake first thing in the morning. A must-try!

There's nothing I love more than supporting Canadian and what's better than improving my health in the process?! As someone who is lactose intolerant I was weirdly hesitant to try plant-based protein, but Good Protein has been a life saver! I no longer suffer from bloat, I am able to start my day with a protein shake every day, and I genuinely appreciate the diversity in flavours (because let's be real, chocolate and vanilla only go so far). Might not be for everyone, but for me, I'm a huge fan of all things Good Protein! Thanks team!
