AVOID unless you want your money stolen
I have never written a review before but WOW! Avoid Goodhood like the plague! Unless you want them to take your money and never send the items you have bought. Multiple emails have been ignored. There’s no phone number to call them. I don’t even know what to do, they are holding my money and there’s no update or communication from them. I can’t return or refund as I haven’t even received the item. I purchased the shoes from them nearly a month ago. AVOID!

Emailed checking the status of delivery after 10 days of no update and then emailed right back with delivery next day! Was great! But then asked regarding return but my email wasn’t replied to til the 30 days return period was over and told I can’t now due to the return being over 30 days, I get it but could have been better customer service to offer extension, never mind!

Worst service ever!
Placed an order on October 14. Have not received my order nor have I received a dispatch email and tracking number. I have tried to contact them on 3 different occasions to no avail. I finally got a non response asking me to contact them instead of writing a 1 star review. So no help. I will be reversing the charges on my credit card and will never order from them again
I got sent the wrong shoes and still…
I got sent the wrong shoes and still haven't heard back from their customer service after weeks of trying to reach them. They have a pretty manual and outdated returns system and I had to pay more delivery fees in order to return the shoes that were not even the ones i ordered in the first place. It feels like a bitter pill to swallow for something that was their own mistake.
I've been such a fan of the brand so it's a really disappointing experience that could have easily been remedied if they improved their customer service and offered free returns (especially when items have to be returned through no fault of the customer's own). If you have a premium brand selling expensive items, it's even more important to have exceptional customer care, and unfortunately this has left me feeling let down. I wouldn't feel confident buying from them again.

I ordered on 3rd October 2024 and the item has never been dispatched. I have sent several emails and received no response. They do not have an operational telephone line for customer service. I have shopped with Goodhood for years and never had a problem. This complete lack of customer service is very concerning.

Total lack of customer service.
I returned 5 garments that did not fit 3 weeks ago and have still not received a refund. It is not possible to call Goodhood (the only phone number has a message saying the phones are unmanned) and they have not answered any of my emails. It's not that the customer service is bad, it simply does not exist at all. All I can say is do not buy online from this company if there is any chance you may return the items.
Wrong colour shoes sent, customer service non-existent
I ordered some shoes in July 2024. Wrong colour delivered. Emailed customer service July and Aug 2024 - no response. Finally got a response through the website helping me organise my return. Automatic return on website didn't work as it was outside the returns window, three further attempts at contact (through email and website) failed to get response. I've given up now. I'll just have to live with shoes of totally the wrong colour. Won't be using them again.

Great customer service
Great customer service. I came in to try on a pair of sunglasses that were on sale, online. They were in the warehouse as the new season had just launched so the manager helped me do it as if it was an online order, should I want to return them straight away / not buy. If he hadn’t taken the time to do this, I found it would be a lot harder to refund.
When I did bring the glasses back for a refund, a member of the sales team recognised me and asked how they were. I said not for me, and was assisted with the refund straight away.
When it hadn’t come through to my account 48hrs later, I messaged via their website to check and it was instantly chased up and they confirmed straight away that it has been issued. It was my bank being slow.
All round a great experience dealing with Goodhood and I find their customer service to be fantastic.
I’ve been shopping at goodhood store for about 15 years and, like any independent business, they sometimes struggle with speed of postage etc.. but on the whole I much rather deal with real people who care about the product they are selling and the face-to-face customer experience; than some robot assisted, depressing aircraft carrier warehouse churning out stock in record time for fear of punishment.
Will keep bringing them my business.
Goodhood has terrible customer service
Goodhood has terrible customer service. Heather cancelled my appointment and rescheduled it with no conversation prior. When I called she said one of her technicians put the wrong mileage on my car. I stated that is something you call and explain to a customer not just do. Then she stated if I drive to work I would have to pay for my oil changes because that’s too many oil changes. I asked to speak with a manger she refused to give me the managers name. Told me nothing going to change even if I speak to them. Said its company policy not to give that information out. Hung up on me. I did not insult, curse or yell at her. I explained my dissatisfaction with the service. Which resulted in more poor service.

Heather has lied to me "SEVERAL" times. I have membership, had oil change appt Friday, Aug 23rd 11am. Come 140pm, I call, ask what's up. Her EXACT WORDS it'd 3pm, than HUNG UP ON ME!!
That NOT good enough NEVER came WHY because I NEVER had 3pm, it was 11am, LIED AGAIN!
