This thing is total trash
This thing is total trash. It won't connect to the network, so you buy a USB cable. It asks you to install a print driver. You do. It works. It then says you don't have a print driver installed.
It. Never. Just. Prints.

Sorry to hear you’ve had such a rough time with your printer. We’ve checked our system and can’t find any orders under your name, so we’re not sure which purchase this relates to.
If you did buy something from us, we’re happy to help get it sorted. Just flick us your order number or the email you used at checkout and we’ll take a proper look. Network setup issues can be frustrating, but they’re usually fixable with the right steps.
