There was never any pressure to make a final choice or effort to upsell me on more expensive gear.
My shipped clubs arrived in 10 days and they look and feel great! And my wallet is happy too!

Terrible customer service. God forbid you should order the wrong part. They don't check their email. Expect to be put on hold for long periods of time. When I spoke to a customer service rep, they said they would email me directions to return an item. They never did. Don't bother with these clowns.

Only giving them 1 star because zero is not an option. The worst customer service of any company I’ve ever dealt with. They charged my credit card but didn’t ship the item until i called and questioned why it wasn’t being shipped. They said they were reviewing the order for fraud. After reading their reviews I wish I’d checked into them before ordering from them. Outrageous shipping costs, $12.95 for 2, $0.99 iron ferrules and it took two weeks for them to show up. Don’t deal with these people, it’s worse than playing a course that’s nothing but bunkers and water with no fairways or greens. Death by a thousand cuts.

But i didnt get a shipping update till later that day so unsure if thats even true.
That wasn't the issue as they said i could return it. However, they are the only online business in 2025 that doesnt supply a return shipping label. It will cost me $50 dollars to return the item...
Do Not Buy From This Place
I paid for overnight shipping on a Thursday. According to GolfWorks’ own website, “Next day air shipments take 1 business day (US only & not counting the day it ships).” FedEx’s tracking also confirmed delivery was scheduled for Friday, 8/29, by 8pm.
Instead, my package didn’t show up until Tuesday, 9/2—three business days late. GolfWorks tried to excuse it with “weekends and holidays don’t count,” but that doesn’t apply here. Both their policy and FedEx’s guarantee promised Friday delivery.
To make things worse, their customer service ignored me for days and only replied with a canned excuse. No refund, no accountability.
Save yourself the frustration. Do not buy from this place. If they can’t deliver on something as basic as overnight shipping, how can you trust them with anything else?

Funny you say what went wrong this time when you have so many unhappy customers. I placed order for overnight. Told it Was going to take 2 days but would not refund the overnight payment or give me any kind of credit. I cancelled. Glad I did after seeing how they do business.

Just purchased a aldila golf shaft from these people ask for it to be cut to 43” for a 3 wood I was putting together, it arrived cut at 41” and they would not take shaft back or replace, thought they were reputable co. Guess not !!

Horrible experience. Three of 12 spikes didn’t last two full rounds in junior footjoys. Paid more expecting good quality, but spikes are really poor quality. Wish had never bought spikes from the Golf Works.

Customer service is non-existent
Customer service is non-existent. I placed an order, realized I made an error and immediately emailed them within 1 minute of the order being placed. That was 3 days ago. I tried calling but got no answer and sent a second follow-up email, no communication whatsever. Not even an updated on my incorrect order. It's a shame because I wanted to buy one of their Maltby Iron sets but not risking it.

I had seen reviews here that were negative on Golf Works.
However, that was not my experience on either order, 2 in the last month. Made order on-line, order was filled correctly, quick ship. Had to call after receipt as I had a question being new to modifying my clubs. Everyone I spoke with was very polite and helpful. Products work well, and very satisfied and will use this business again and recommend to all my golf buddies.

Horrible communication and customer service
Quoted 5-7 days lead time but when checked order status was told another 2 weeks because the item was out of stock. No heads up from the company, no apology. Requested a refund but that has to have a manager do it so couldn’t get the refund until next week. Bad service and poor communication all around.

If you return a product make sure you send it signed for.I made the mistake just returning it second class and they say it didn't arrive, thankfully the item was not expensive.
