The clubs are junk, woods and driver heads snap off constantly. Only 1 year warranty from original purchase. STAY AWAY

I’ve been playing golf for over 30 years and have never broken a single club — until I bought from Stix Golf. I’ve had my set for only six months, played maybe six rounds total, and have already had three iron heads snap clean off.

The steel shaft walls are noticeably thin and weak, and it’s clear the build quality is far below acceptable standards. These clubs simply don’t hold up under normal play.

When you invest in a full set of clubs, you expect at least basic durability. Unfortunately, that’s not what Stix delivers. In my opinion, a company selling products with this level of fragility should not be allowed to continue marketing them as “premium” equipment.

It’s very disappointing to see their own website filled only with glowing 5-star reviews, while independent review platforms tell a very different story. I wish I had seen those first.

If you’re considering buying Stix clubs — save your money and look elsewhere.

I got a complete "play club" set at the end of 2024, they were fun to use and I liked the clubs but after only 8 months 2 of the irons broke while on the course (7 & 9 irons). I struck both balls cleanly, and there was nothing other than grass on the ground. The clubs are poorly made and using them is actually super dangerous. Both times the club heads went flying with the balls and someone could have really been hurt. I'm switching to a more reputable brand to avoid any serious problems.

These clubs are all show, nothing more. In under a year I’ve had clubs heads break off on two different clubs. The black finish wears off immediately and scratches are very visible. Stix clubs are all hype and make you think you’re buying quality clubs when you’re better off getting something like Callaway Strata.

Broke my driver 3 wood and 56 all within 2 years bullshit company major durability issues.

I bought a complete set of Stix Golf sticks + bag for about ±1500€, which is considerably more expensive than in dollars, due to import taxes and shipping cost.

My impressions:
- customization: you can order right/left handed, 3 different shaft flexibilities and 5 club lengths
- set is complete: a good Driver, 5 and 3-Wood, Hybrid, and 3 wedges, 5-9 Irons, Pitch & Putter (which I particularly like)
- the Bag is of good quality: a thermal isolation pocket (for drinks), several compartiments, it certainly looks the part.
- excellent customer-service: I damaged 2 clubs (my Driver and 7i) by hitting a pole and a tree. Carbon shafts are light but fragile: woops. I re-ordered a Driver through their website but was unable to find a replacement 7i… which they shipped free-of-charge without any questions asked!? Might not be their standard policy: maybe they felt sorry for me :-). Regardless: an impressive gesture. Shows they care.
- initial reviews lamented the easy scratching of the black finish (which prompted Stix to release irons with chrome heads). Granted, the Driver and Woods look gorgeous in their black finish, but it is true that they scratch easily. I don’t really mind, as it doesn’t change function and all clubs will wear out eventually.
- I am a beginning golfer (handicap 36 after 2 years), so no expert by any means. But these clubs instill confidence, they feel balanced and a perfect fit for me.

Overall: I am very happy with the gear and buying experience. Customer support is impressive.

Bought in the black Friday deal. They havent got any UK stock presently but are still selling the online deal.
Trying to get a straight answer, is like trying to pull your own teeth out with no hands.
I have asked for my order to be cancelled.
Took 2 days to get a reply that basically somone will get round too it.
Will have to get a PayPal resolution to get sorted.
Can't review their product as it didn't get dispatched when it should have but I'm not waiting for more b/s
If you want some new clubs, don't buy from here.

I have now been waiting over 2 months for my clubs. My delivery date has been changed on my order schedule 3 times (without any prior notification from the company) and there is now no expected dispatch date at all.

£600 down and not a peep of useful information, just stock excuses about distribution issues.

So disappointed with this as the clubs look good, but I would strongly recommend not buying these clubs if you expect to use them any time soon.
