Hi Sandra,
We understand there has been an issue with the delivery of your order. Although the tracking shows it as delivered, you have not received it. We have reached out to you to request a non-delivery confirmation from the courier, the courier plus the tracking details are in the email. Once we have confirmation we can either issue a refund or reship your order.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience, but these steps are required to ensure we can resolve the matter properly. We’ve also responded to the enquiry you raised with your bank to help speed up the resolution.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Plus's & Minus's
Negatives: One of the pairs of trousers had no hole on the waist band to fasten them and the material wasn't as expected.
Positives: Great value

Thank you for sharing both the positives and negatives of your experience. We’re pleased to hear you found great value, but we’re very sorry that one pair of trousers arrived with a fault.
Please contact us through our website with your order details so we can arrange a replacement or refund for the faulty item. We’ll also review this with our quality control team to prevent it happening again.
We really appreciate your feedback — it helps us improve.
Great shoes - wrong size!
Ordered a pair of white golf shoes in size UK 10. They arrived 12 days layer, great quality but size UK 9.5.
Golfthing informed me they had reordered to the correct size.
A further 12 days later the new shoes arrived - still size UK 9.5!
I have emailed Golfthing 3 times but have had no reply.

Not actually wore them on the course as yet but they do feel comfy.
I will be wearing them leisurely as well as for golf.
Don't expect any orders overnight but definitely worth buying from

Hi Harry, thank you for your feedback, your order was placed on the 17th of August and is currently being fulfilled. This should be with you within the next 10 days. We do use Express Global Shipping to deliver orders. Please ignore the the delivery date on the tracking, this is created by third party software which we have no control over. We are currently addressing the issue to stop confusion amongst our customers. Please reach out if you have any further questions via our contact form on our website.

Hi John, thank you for your review. We have flagged this as we do not recognise you as a customer, and your comments do not reflect the service or products we provide. Our collection includes both logoed and non-logoed clothing, giving customers a wider choice, and all items come with customised tags and are delivered in customised packaging. The suggestion that our products are copied from other retailers is inaccurate and does not represent our business.

Hi Chris,
We’re sorry to hear you’ve experienced issues with your repeated orders. It looks like the problem may be related to the product description on our website, which we’ll work on updating as soon as possible.
That said, we’re glad to hear you like the trousers and have chosen to order from us multiple times. We truly value your support and hope you’ll continue shopping with us in the future.
A bit of a joke!
Guys, I’ve read some of the reviews and respect your replies, and I know you’re trying to make a living, being a start up etc , but what I had received from what I was expecting from the order and what was shown on the website is down right embarrassing. I ordered the slim fit stretch chinos in navy blue, black and army green, and the blue and green pair were just embarrassing . They look like they’re from the Hong Kong markets, a fiver at best! Wish I could show the photos of what I received, they are not what I ordered. Someone packed the wrong things in China 😂 will be returning all 3 pairs. The black ones had a semblance of what I ordered but then the back pockets were sewn together, very strange! Will not be using these again.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re not satisfied with your purchase, and we truly appreciate your feedback. Please follow our standard return procedure to submit a return request, and we’ll provide instructions on how to return the items and process your refund. We will also be sure to share your comments with our suppliers.
Regarding the black chinos you mentioned with the sewn back pockets — this is not a defect. The back pockets are lightly stitched closed as part of the design, and the stitching can be undone by gently opening the pocket.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
ORDER TRACKING
Had a phone message with code. When I went on the app it stated that there was no order with that code. 4 emails and a phone message later got it sorted.

Hi,
We’re glad to hear that your order tracking is now sorted. We’re aware that some customers using the Shopify app experience tracking issues, and other stores have reported the same.
Please rest assured that we assign tracking details to every order as soon as it ships, and we use global express shipping to ensure your items arrive as quickly as possible. We’re always happy to provide extra guidance to any customer who would like reassurance about their order tracking.

Hi Derek,
Thank you for your feedback. We’ve flagged your comment for review, as it contains some factual inaccuracies. While there has been a slight delay with your order — and we’ve kept you updated along the way — the delivery time is not 35 days. Your order was placed on July 11th and is currently with the local courier, scheduled for delivery within the next day or so.
We do source our items from global suppliers in order to offer our customers competitive prices, this information is displayed on all our product pages under the "delivery" heading.
Thanks again and please do not hesitate to reach out if you need further assistance.
Don’t bother
Don’t bother, the quality of these items is comically bad. They’re not their own, they come from China (takes ages) and they are bottom of the Temu bin when it comes to quality. Lesson learnt, if something is too good to be true, it is. Avoid.

Hi Miguel,
Thanks for your rating! We're really sorry to hear that your delivery to the US is taking a bit longer than expected. This is due to increased customs checks, which are causing some delays.
We also appreciate you sharing your feedback on the sizing. Just a reminder that we do include detailed measurements on each product page to help ensure a better fit for our customers when shopping at our e-commerce store.
We hope to welcome you back to our e-commerce store again soon!
Avoid GolfThing – Poor Service and Shocking Communication
I placed an order over a month ago and had to chase the retailer just to find out where my items were. After weeks of silence, they told me the parcel had been left with a neighbour — but no note was left, so I had no way of knowing. When I finally received it, only one item was in the box.
After more back-and-forth, they claimed the rest of the delivery had been left in my electric meter box — again, without my permission and with no delivery card or notification. The parcel was missing by the time I checked.
The customer service experience has been frankly awful — slow to respond, dismissive, and borderline gaslighting throughout the entire process. The one item I did receive? Terrible quality.
Save yourself the hassle — avoid GolfThing completely.

Hi Jay,
Thank you for your feedback, and we're genuinely sorry to hear about your disappointment with our service.
Upon reviewing our system, we can confirm that we responded to your emails, including those sent on 27th May and 6th June. Additionally, we reached out on 10th June regarding the separate shipment of items, but we did not receive a response until 17th June.
We have now obtained proof of delivery from Yodel and have forwarded this to you for your review. Once we receive confirmation from your side, we’ll proceed with refunding the missing items.
Please understand that while we strive to ensure a smooth delivery experience, our control over third-party courier services is limited. That said, we are committed to resolving this issue as swiftly as possible and appreciate your patience.
Kind regards,
GolfThing Team
