Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We agree the boots had a small defect that was unfortunately missed during inspection, and we apologise for that.
For transparency, once you contacted us we replied within minutes requesting photos and issued a prepaid returns label shortly afterwards. Once the boots were received back, a full refund was processed within 15 minutes.
As a specialist in vintage and deadstock football boots, every pair we sell is individually checked, but with older products the occasional issue can sometimes be missed. When this happens, we always aim to resolve it quickly and fairly, which we believe we did in this case.
We appreciate you choosing The Boot Chamber and are sorry this purchase didn’t work out on this occasion. If you ever decide to give us another try in the future, please feel free to reach out directly and we’d be happy to help.
