Site à chi**, système de livraison à chi**, communication service clientèle a chi**. Est ce normal en 2025 que c’est à moi de trouver un service de livraison pour moins de 20€ ?! D’autant plus qu’il n’y a que 60km entre eux et mon domicile ???? J’ai l’impression d’être de retour dans les années 80 où l’on commandais des magasines via la poste. À fuir

Recently needed to sell some coins. The process was surprisingly easy, and quick. Asked for a quote on Monday, they booked pickup delivery the next day, and by Wednesday evening the payment was in my account. The offer was very fair too, and substantially better than any domestic service I could find.

Ik heb een goudbaartje besteld van een bepaalde merk maar kreeg een goudbaartje van een ander merk, ik wil graag ontvangen wat “ikzelf” besteld heb. Ik heb hun webshop nagecheckt voor de zekerheid en ja, het merk dat ik wou was nog steeds in voorraad (was ook in voorraad terwijl ik aan het bestellen was, anders kan je zoiezo niet bestellen). En als jullie een andere merk opsturen altijd klanten 1st verwittigen uiteindelijk hebben jullie GSM nr., E-mail van jullie klanten en via jullie eigen webshop kunnen jullie ook een berichtje sturen, “beter voorkomen dan genezen”. Ik heb via hun webshop een retourformulier ingevuld en gevraagd hoe wij dat best kunnen oplossen en na 3 weken nog altijd geen reactie van hen. Service na het betalen van een factuur is heel slecht.

Très bon accueil de la part d anaïs qui s est montrée très sympathique, professionnelle, patiente et à l écoute je recommande cet endroit où les transactions se passent en toute transparence petit bémol ils ne paient que par virements donc ne comptez pas avoir de l espèce à part ça c est nickel👍

In eerste instantie was ik een beetje voorzichtig om hier te bestellen na het lezen van de (negatieve) reviews. Toch gedaan en heb inmiddels meerdere bestellingen geplaatst en allemaal keurig in orde en snel geleverd, tevens goede prijzen t.o.v. elders (NL). Zelfs een order geannuleerd van mijn kant en dit kon kosteloos i.p.v. te verrekenen volgens algemene voorwaarden.

Dus al mijn ervaringen met Goldsilver.be zijn positief.

Persoonlijk vindt ik het wel een nadeel dat je de klantenservice niet telefonisch kan bereiken. Als dit in de toekomst mogelijk wordt zou dit worden gewaardeerd, zelf als dit zou worden verrekend in de premies.

I placed two orders 17/02/2025 and 22/02/2025. I paid them, I have confirmation email from them that they received the payment, I can see this also in the status of the orders inside their website, but they do not dispatch my orders because they say that I didn't pay another number order that I never placed! Today I wrote them (03/03/2025) and wait their next step.
Keep you posted. Will not leave it like this. Already my lawyer is in the emails and will go also to the police.
Update 18/03/2025: So called customer service is not replying to my emails, today I have email them and having in cc the Crime Division of the Police and waiting new status. They have not sent the product of course, literally they just kept the money.
I saw that there is 3 days after my review a new review that everything is perfect with them but it looks very formal, like they wrote it. We will see.
If they send the product or the money I will write it in my next update. As of now I believe this "company" is just common thieves
Update 27/03/2025: No response from them
Update 24/04/2025: There was some response but again they dont dispatch the goods. They dont the order that I supposedly placed
Update 26/05/2025: They don't send the details of the order that I supposed I owe. I have sent them numerous emails to send the details becasue I dont have this order. Orders I have paid are to be delivered separately, I paid logistics 50 euro for each of them. All paid. 800 euros paid for 3 months and they ask for an order that they don't share details.

IT TOOK A BIT OF TIME BUT FINALLY WE RESOLVED THE ISSUE. COMPANY IS VERY LEGIT WHEN THEY FINALY ISSUED THE TWO ORDERS EVERYTHING ARRIVED IN 1 DAY-VERY FAST FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT.

Bij Goldsilver zijn ze altijd correct en geven de laagste prijs. Wanneer men nog Zilver of goud wil kopen is het nu het moment want de BTW gaat van 6% naar 21%! Dus doe nu nog uw voordeel om van de lage BTW te kunnen genieten.

De leveringen zijn altijd goed uitgevoerd na bestelling, en de communicatie verloopt na aankoop zeer goed per e-mail. Hoewel mijn eerste bestelling wat lastig was, staat Goldsilver.be nu in mijn lijst van de bank. Hierdoor kan ik nu vrij gemakkelijk een betaling via de bank uitvoeren. Al met al, een betrouwbare partner voor edelmetaal aankopen.

I have bought many times from them. They are very good and competent. I would surely recommend them to others! They are my favorite store for gold and silver.
Of course, they are not perfect. The biggest problem I have with them is the shipping price of 52 euro to Romania. It is just too much and you have no option, just FedEx International Priority. But, it is what it is, they are still the best for me.

MALA GESTIÓN CON LOS PEDIDOS.
Hice un pedido y lo pagué. Lo bloquearon diciéndome que debía pagar un pedido a nombre de otra persona que evidentemente yo no realicé. Les pedí que revisaran mi situación, mi historial de pedido para que vieran que yo siempre pagué mis pedidos (este es el sexto pedido que hago, soy cliente desde hace años). Nadie responde a mis emails.
No me mandan los productos que compré y se han quedado con mi dinero.
Por alguna razón quieren que yo pagué el pedido que ha realizado otra persona. Imposible comunicarse con ellos para pedirles explicaciones.
