In my experience decent prices overall, much cheaper than many more well-known organizations inside the Benelux (and probably beyond). Also one only has to ask them to get a reply, and they always reply, what isn't always a guarantee elsewhere. I've now my 2nd buy here, and I'll probably go back more over time!
Packaging is brilliant, they're very good at covering the true purpose of the package. There's also a few fail-safes installed, to be sure no unwished visitors have been poking around in your package.
They plan the delivery according to your own requests too, so you'll surely be home. Happy to have come here!

Levert normaal gezien altijd correct, communicatie is altijd slecht, je wordt afgeblaft, dat zie je ook aan de communicatie in onderstaande berichten. 2 bestellingen waarvan 1 na 18 dagen nog altijd in behandeling staat. Zelfde probleem bij europegoudstandaard ter zijde.

Très satisfait de ma commande ! Reçue en 3 jours seulement, avec un emballage vraiment soigné. La communication avec l’équipe a été parfaite, toujours rapide et claire.
Franchement, tout s’est passé sans le moindre souci. On sent que c’est une société sérieuse.

Le point positif ils ont tous les produits demandés, vous payez et vous partez avec ce n'est pas comme en France vous payez et vous devez attendre 3 à 4 semaines pour la livraison.
Le point qui m'a un peu heurter c'est la majoration du prix de 2% sous prétexte que je paie par une carte bleue française.

Suite à ma quatrième commande, je me décide à laisser un avis de mes expériences avec Goldsilver. Je suis très satisfait de mes achats, qui il me semble, sont très compétitif au niveau des prix de l’argent (pièces et lingots), les livraisons se sont toujours très bien passée, elle sont très bien emballées et aussi très discrètes car rien ne laisse deviner la nature du colis. J’ai jusqu’à présent reçu mes colis aux jours désirés pour mes livraisons et compte bien continuer mes achats avec cette société. Bien entendu je reste discret sur mes achats, mais si quelqu’un me demande mon avis je conseillerais vivement ce site .

Moja izkušnja je odlična. Spletna stran je logična in informativna, naročanje je enostavno, možnosti plačila so dobre, izbira kovin pa odlična z dobrimi cenami. Izbral sem bančno plačilo in potrditev plačila je bila hitra, in čeprav spletna stran pravi, da prihaja do nekaj zamud pri pošiljanju, je bila dostava opravljena hitro in kmalu po potrditvi plačila. Dejanska dostava je bila opravljena s FedExom in moja izkušnja z njimi je odlična. Moram pa omeniti, da sem iz majhne države EU in da pošiljka potuje hitro ter da ni veliko postaj vmes, kar zmanjšuje tveganje, da se kakšni predmeti "izgubijo" med pošiljanjem, za razliko od večjih držav. Tukaj moram omeniti tudi res odlično označevanje paketov s strani GoldSilver.be, ker označijo paket, kot da vsebuje žeblje ali podobne predmete, za dodatno diskretno zaščito strank, kar mi je res všeč. Opravil sem že dve naročili in velja enaka ocena. Odlična storitev, dodajam pa tudi pohvalo za odlično zbirko posebnih kovancev.
