Way overdue. Marshall arranged our flights to and from Italy. There was a snag with one of our flights being canceled, and he was readily available to help us, despite the time difference. Will definitely use them again. thanks

We are so very grateful from the first moment we contacted Go Fly First; to receiving a text, a call, and an email from Neil Cruz; for the in-depth research Neil did to satisfactorily obtain a perfect itinerary for our first class flights to and from Hawaii. The outstanding trait Neil has is to thoroughly ask questions and to listen to the answers, to ensure he and his team provide the best possible scenarios for our consideration and purchase. He didn't second-us; his knowledge and experience proves his competence and professionalism. We will contact Neil again for our transatlantic travel plans.

I told Percy what dates I wanted to go to the UK and return and he provided me with five alternative flights, and I booked the one i wanted at the price i wanted and then paid using my credit card and it all took about half an hour. Perfect. Then on the day of my flights he asked if I wanted him to check me in, yes please. awsome

Marshall, the agent that looked after me, was superb. Not only did he get back to me by return after every e-mail exchange, but I am in Thailand so bear the huge time difference involved. Not only that but it was over a weekend. Dedication to duty which I love.

It is so easy to work with Marshall Grey... he instinctively understands my needs and is able to provide the services that work for us.

flights were OK but you got poor seats which made for very uncomfortable flying.

I was tasked with getting tickets from Boston to Paris and back—not only for my spouse and me, but also for the couple traveling with us. We were not easy clients with whom even a seasoned travel expert might deal: our dates were not flexible; although we were flying business class, the other couple traveling with wanted to fly economy; and I chose to do this on New Year’s day. Would anyone even be at Go Fly First working on this day? Fortunately for us, Percy Anderson was there to help me. He was lovely: patient, resourceful, and perhaps most of all, he listened carefully to understand what we wanted. Despite the three hour time difference, Percy stayed with me on this all afternoon and into the next morning. It was a bit like herding cats to get the 4 of us to agree on various decisions. Again, Percy patiently rolled with the punches (changes to our original plans). He was knowledgeable, quick with changes, and clear in his directions to me. He also took very good care of our friends who were flying economy. I had talked to another broker who said they only booked business or first. In sum, I would recommend Goflyfirst in a heartbeat, and I cannot recommend Percy Alexander strongly enough. He is a jewel.
