I thought that this agency was too good to be true but they found flights a couple hundred dollars cheaper than I could find online myself. We flew Icelandair from Minneapolis to London and back. On the way back, Heathrow aviation system went down for a few hours causing us to miss the connecting flight from Iceland to Minneapolis but we were promptly picked up by a coach bus and stayed in a 5 star hotel for the night that had a hot tub outside our room, northern lights dimmers, Apple TV, remote control blinds and heated toilet. Bed was amazing! Food was gourmet. Neil called me to make sure we got our flight back sorted out. I didn’t buy separate travel insurance so I am so grateful everything worked out. I would book with Neil again.

Neil Cruz went above and beyond getting us the perfect flights from Los Angeles to London! I attempted to do it on my own, only to find business seats on a direct flight were going at a premium. British Airways canceled my flight 30 hours before I was ready to leave for London. I went online and found go fly first and filled out the form. 15 minutes later Percy Anderson from the company called and within 15 minutes of that he had me three quotes that were actually less money than my original ticket. After I got home he checked in to make sure everything went as I expected. I highly recommend then and will use them again.
