My work experience here has been a very pleasant, and overall, rewarding one. I really enjoy the resources and love working with the learners from all over the world, getting to know them and their culture better. It's an experience none of the other people in my life have and that is special. I do find working with very low levels students exhausting, especially when they don't speak much and are scared to try, that makes the job tough. I really do appreciate having a direct manager, whom I can contact at any hours of the day, as well as an excellent Operations Support Team, who is always very friendly and helpful! They are amazing!

The addition of the new white board, has elevated the learning experience a lot and it makes things a lot easier, but there has been constant portal issues (lagging and resources not opening) which is honestly, very frustrating, mostly because it sometimes makes me late for lessons, but I do understand it's due to updates, which does understandably need to happen. It can just be very unpleasant sometimes, for both the trainer and learner experience.

Also, the salary, I feel can be more! I myself, have been with the company for nearly 9 years and I have not changed much, and I have read negative reviews on this issue on various platforms, as well as on some social media pages. It might be good to start being more competitive in this regard.

That being said, I have recommended the company to so many people before and would continue to encourage anyone interested in online teaching, to join.

There are certainly pros and cons to working at goFluent. I consider it an excellent opportunity for anyone who wants or needs to work remotely. Trainers can choose their own work schedule—based on their workload and time zone—and decide how many hours to actually work each week, although there is a minimum number of hours that must be ensured. I consider my experience to be positive after more than a year of working as an Italian trainer. There’s excellent support from managers, and the support team is efficient—they’re always available to resolve issues. In the last few months improvements has been made concerning some tools that are used such as the AI Whiteboard. It is easy for trainers to plan a lesson, the platform offers a large quantity of content to select, depending on the needs of the learner. The platform's teaching approach, as seen in the training, is very useful because of the benefits it offers learners. It focuses heavily on their needs and is very specific, so the lessons are always different.
In my opinion, the biggest downside is definitely how the platform operates. Nearly every week there are numerous bugs and errors that create difficulties, especially for learners, and over time this causes too much inconvenience and undermines the company’s reputation. The second point concerns pay: it’s not easy to earn a lot in a month, considering that it all depends on how many lessons you manage to teach, and it happens every day that learners cancel lessons, causing you to lose work and the money you could have earned. All things considered, I believe that with just a few minor improvements, this could truly become a very rewarding job.

Mi experiencia con goFLUENT es la mejor no tengo ninguna queja de absolutamente nada te ayudan a agendar tus clases para adaptarlas a tus horarios, están pendiente si tienes alguna dificultad con cualquier cosa, son comprensivos, el seguimiento en cada paso que das es lo máximo y sus profesores son súper amables y te explican cada cosa con paciencia y dedicación hasta que entiendas cada cosa y así avanzar en tus clases con claridad de verdad que los recomiendo muchísimo

I have been working with GoFluent since 2023 as an English Language Consultant, and it has been a genuinely rewarding experience. Working for an international company and collaborating with trainers and professionals from all over the world has given me the opportunity to learn from different perspectives and continuously develop both personally and professionally.

What I particularly appreciate is the combination of a strong international network of experienced trainers and a platform designed around the real needs of professionals. GoFluent offers a wide variety of learning formats, including individual classes, group lessons, and conversation sessions, allowing learners to choose the type of training that best suits their goals.

The quality and variety of the learning materials are also impressive. Trainers and learners have access to a large library of exercises and resources, including articles, videos, and materials adapted to different levels and professional situations. The platform itself is user-friendly, and the integration of modern technology and AI creates additional opportunities for learners to practice and develop their skills.

Another major strength is the international nature of the service. Learners can access training in a wide range of languages, from English, French, Spanish and Portuguese to Arabic, Chinese, Russian and many others. More importantly, the training goes beyond simply learning a language. As trainers, our role is to help professionals use their existing skills confidently in an international environment, communicate effectively, and adapt their professional communication to global standards.

From a trainer's perspective, I have also greatly appreciated the support provided by the team. Having a helpful team around you makes it much easier to settle in, understand the processes, and focus on delivering high-quality training. The flexibility to manage my schedule has also been a significant benefit.

Perhaps the most meaningful part of my experience has been the professional growth. Since joining in 2023, I have developed enormously as a trainer. The company continuously encourages us to learn, improve our strategies, follow international standards, and never become too comfortable with what we already know. Looking back at the trainer I was when I joined, I can honestly say that I have become a much more confident and capable professional.

Overall, GoFluent has been a unique opportunity for me to work in a truly international environment while continuing to grow as a trainer. I would definitely recommend the platform to professionals looking to improve their language and communication skills, as well as to trainers looking for an international environment where continuous development and quality are genuinely valued.

I’ve been studying through the platform for several years now, and I can definitely recommend it for several reasons that I think are really important when choosing a learning platform:
- It’s very flexible. They have a mobile version that allows you to complete assignments, lessons, and even attend your classes directly from your phone if you don’t have access to a computer.
- Classes are automatically added to your Google Calendar, which makes planning much easier and helps you avoid forgetting your sessions.
- If you cancel a session with enough notice, you get your credits back, which gives you a lot of flexibility when plans change.
- They have a great variety of teachers and schedules, so it’s easy to find options that fit your availability.
My biggest recommendation, though, is that if you ever have the opportunity to work with Guillermo Aguila, definitely take it! He makes the whole experience even better. Not only does he make every class fun and engaging, but he also completely personalizes the learning experience, adapting the lessons and topics to your real life and personal interests. This makes the classes feel much more relevant and keeps you genuinely motivated to continue learning and improving.
Guillermo has definitely made a huge difference in my experience with the platform, and I couldn’t recommend him more!

I had a great experience with onboarding from beginning until the end. My trainer manager is very quick in responding and helps me to solve problems quickly. The Teacher training is great support in order for me to improve my teaching consistently. They are very understanding and accomodating. The salary is not bad since you discuss your rates before joining. The students are hard working and dedicated. It is a lot of fun!

Working as a teacher at goFLUENT has been a wonderful experience. The platform is excellent, user-friendly, and very easy to navigate, which makes teaching and connecting with learners much easier. I also really appreciate the variety of resources and materials available for classes.

I truly enjoy working at goFluent. Learners are from all the world which has given me the opportunity not only to impart my knowledge on them but I have gained so much knowledge for myself. The people at goFluent are friendly and always helpful. They have also really improved their tools and system since I began which has made my job easy to do. These improvements have been made as a result of suggestions made by the trainers. They are always asking for our inputs and we actually see them materializing.

It's years that my company use this english course, and I can say that is easy to schedule lessons , they have great teachers , the web app is good, and it works well.

I’ve had a great experience with goFLUENT. I especially value the personalized classes, as the sessions with Guillermo Aguila have helped me make significant progress in my English.

I dedicate just one hour per week to the live sessions, and the content is adapted to my professional context and learning needs, which makes every class practical and relevant. I also really appreciate the flexibility of the platform: the assignments and additional activities can be completed at any time and even from my phone, making it easy to keep learning despite a busy schedule.

Overall, goFLUENT combines personalized learning, practical content, and flexibility in a way that makes language development feel accessible and sustainable. I’ve definitely seen value in the platform and in the progress I’ve been able to achieve.

I've had a good experience working with goFLUENT. The flexibility and the opportunity to teach students from around the world are the biggest benefits. The teaching materials are prepared in advance, making lesson planning simple. While there is always room for improvement in areas like scheduling and compensation, the company provides a reliable platform and a professional working environment overall.

I really enjoy being a goFLUENT student. All of the teachers are very respectful, empathetic, and patient on this learning journey. I love the energy that many of them bring, as well as how well-prepared the lessons are so that their explanations are always clear

goFLUENT takes great initiative in ensuring that both trainers and learners are happy, by offering flexibility, as well as a big range of resources and tool. The resources and tools benefit both learning and teaching. Being a trainer at goFLUENT, a big pro for me is the flexibility, as well as the fact that you can have your local public holidays off. I also highly appreciate the effort that comes from the support staff.

I've been with goFLUENT for over nine years, and it's been a great experience overall. One of the things I've enjoyed most is meeting professionals and learners from different countries and cultures. It's one of the reasons the job has stayed interesting for me over the years.

I also appreciate the flexibility. The Availability Management Tool (AMT) makes it easy to adjust my schedule, which has helped me maintain a good work-life balance. The Language Academy has plenty of useful resources, and the newer AI tools have made it much easier to create speaking activities and keep lessons engaging.

Before the pandemic, I also enjoyed our office team days and friendly competitions. They were a great way to get to know colleagues outside of work and made the workplace feel more connected. There's also a monthly bonus scheme for consistently meeting KPIs, which I found to be a nice incentive.

The biggest positive for me has been the support from my manager and mentor. They've always been encouraging, given helpful feedback, and challenged me to take on new responsibilities when I was ready. Looking back on my nine years here, I’m really grateful for the support and all the ways I've been able to grow.
