The Flooring installers were efficient, thorough and left both inside and outside clean!
I had no idea they would also put LVT in closets ! I hadn’t even cleaned out closets for installation.
Wonderful work 🥳

We are happy with our floor installation. The installers were on time, very respectful, professional, and efficient. They removed all of our carpet and replaced it with LVP flooring. They were able to complete the installation in one day (1500 square feet), which was a plus. When the job was done, they cleaned up everything as well. We highly recommend them. Thank you for a great experience.

From the beginning of the process meeting with the sales representative until they installers completed installing our new flooring was seamless and a great experience. I have made 2 appointments with Go Flooring only to be called the day of and told the "tech" had an emergency and couldn't come. Ok, I get that for one time, but not both times. Apparently, they aren't that interested in selling a whole house of flooring!!! If they can't make a visit they shouldn't be in business!!!!

This is in regard to your ad I had to mute my TV ever single time your stupid ad comes on. Who ever thought that ad was clever is not. The first thing that comes to mind is obvious and quiet disappointing I'm ashamed it's not funny.

My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the work that was done to change out our entire household flooring! We used carpet runners, but our old carpet was thirty years old. The bathroom and Kitchen flooring was over fifteen years old. The crew that installed our new hardwood flooring throughout our entire cement slab home was amazing! They completed the entire job in one day! Thanks again!

The guys were professional and hard working and it looks wonderful.

PSA-Know who you are doing business with: This company is associated with Guardian Security Services & PowerHomeSolar/Pink Energy BOTH of which have been brought to court for allegations of misleading sales tactics, fraudulent contracts, and poor-quality installations. The C-Suite officers have worked for and are hiding the fact that the same people who owned the 2 companies above (The Wallers) are invested with Go Flooring. Listen carefully to the TV commercials-that’s Jayson Waller. Additionally, I’m personally offended by the sexual innuendo in their “Get Laid” advertising slogan.

From Carolyn out in home seller to Alex and Kevin, our installers they were awesome. Professional and curious. I would highly recommend Go Flooring.

In a Google search for flooring contractors in my area, I found one with stellar reviews. I left my contact information (at 5:50 am) and within 10 minutes had a text from Go Flooring. Who the hell was Go Flooring? Apparently the Google Search I did put me on a generic flooring company website and my information went directly to Go Flooring. For two days, I get calls every 15 to 30 minutes from area codes across the eastern United States. I've asked for the calls to stop, but they ignore that. No reputable flooring company would EVER be so aggressive. They wouldn't have to be because their reputation would speak for itself. STAY AWAY unless you like being harrassed.

They were willing in install the flooring the next day, but I wasn’t able. However, The next Saturday they showed up at 8:30 and was finished with all four rooms by 2:30. They removed and took away the old carpets and moved the furniture in and out.
The workers were friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent job.

The installers did an awesome job that I can see. After observing the how and what the procedure was and the size of our floors I think the price was way to high

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Go Flooring has been nothing short of a nightmare.

On December 27th, I met with their sales representative, Joe, and selected their services. I was initially scheduled for installation on January 7th. However, due to weather delays, the materials hadn’t arrived—which I completely understood for that day.

What I didn’t understand or appreciate was the lack of follow-up. I was asked to call on January 8th for an update, but no one reached out to confirm whether the materials had arrived. If they hadn’t, I would have canceled and gone elsewhere.

The company had already received a partial payment of $3,200 to cover materials, and their subsequent behavior showed they had little regard for customer satisfaction. When I tried to follow up for a status update, the installation manager was rude and dismissive, even suggesting I cancel instead of providing basic information about the materials.

Feeling left with no choice due to their delays and poor communication, I proceeded to cancel the service. However, Go Flooring’s delay tactics and failure to respond pushed me outside of the contract window for a refund. To this day, January 14th, the materials are still not in.

It’s clear that this company knowingly provides false installation dates to secure payments, with no regard for transparency or ethics. This experience has been a complete waste of time and money. I strongly urge others to avoid Go Flooring at all costs.

I was so excited to get my floors done. The person who worked on my floor assured me they would repair my floor before putting the flooring down, but this was not done. Now there is water coming up through the new floor. It's been hard contacting anyone to get this issue resolved. I need help. I paid for this work to be done but it was not done correctly.

I am so excited at how beautiful my new floors turned out. It is better than I imagined and I can't wait to start showing them off. The installation crew are the best, professional, very hardworking and courteous. I absolutely recommend Go Flooring and 5 Star if you are thinking of new floors!

We were taken advantage of from the start. I have never written a review before but I felt the need to share our experience. After deciding we needed flooring, we contacted Go Flooring and an appointment was made. The salesman that came to our home was made aware that a family member was disabled, confined to a wheelchair. He ended up selling us a product that was not wheelchair durable (unknown to us), even after being asked several times about this specific condition. Just 4 months after installation, the boards of flooring began popping up throughout the floored area, so badly that they had to be duck-taped down for safety. Talked with Go Flooring and sent pictures of the condition of the flooring. The representative in the store assured me that they would make it right. After analysis from Go Flooring representatives and an independent adjuster, the decision was: our flooring product was not a "rolling load" product and was not covered under any warranty- which meant - NOT WHEELCHAIR DURABLE. We had no way of knowing this was not adequate flooring for our lifestyle. Their resolution: Appeal Denied and offered: ADDITIONAL $6,200 for an installation for hardwood installation, or $5,200 for engineered hardwood, or $4,000 glue down vinyl. Initial Financing was through establishing a credit card account and Go Flooring was paid immediately, leaving us with monthly payments of which we are still paying. We have since had to have a new floor installed (July) thus now paying for a second floor! This was not a situation that we created. This was created by the incompetency of the company representative they sent to our home to sell us a floor! Of course, Go Flooring does not share or feel any responsibility in this situation!!! WHEN DEALING WITH GO FLOORING - PLEASE BEWARE!!!
