Run away!
Salesperson lied to us about the product. They did a bait & switch on us. Then the installers were garbage. They reeked of pot and did such a sloppy job. We had terrible customer service. My wife has reached out multiple times, with no resolution. Do NOT use this company. Go Flooring sucks.

Completed floor looks great and…
Completed floor looks great and professional. The only issue we had was timing, we were told installers would be at my house between 8am and 12pm. They didn't show up till around 3:30, messing up our whole day. And no compensation for time.

Go Flooring used the cheapest lvp flooring measuring only 4.4 mm.
I wanted to add that the luxury vinyl plank flooring they installed is the cheapest route that Go Flooring could go. It is definitely not quality as I thought. They used 4.4 mm. That is nearly the lowest thickness of lvp and the cheapest! Nothing like adding insult to injury. I wonder where my 11,400 went. Too bad I didn’t do my homework. I regret that very much. If you see Go Flooring, run the other way, especially if the consultant you get is Andrew. He is only about getting the company a substantial profit and to take advantage to whoever he thinks will fall for his tricks!

The Anvil Plus 20mil luxury vinyl is indeed one of Shaw's premium products and stands out with a lifetime warranty. This is significant, considering most other luxury vinyl plank flooring options typically come with a 10 to 15-year warranty, highlighting the superior quality and durability of the Anvil Plus 20mil.
The 4.4mm thickness you mentioned is correct, but it is crucial to note that this does not correlate to the quality or durability of the flooring. The key determinant of durability in luxury vinyl plank flooring is the wear layer, not the overall thickness of the plank. In this case, the 20mil wear layer is considerably thick and is specifically designed to withstand heavy foot traffic, thus classifying it as a premium choice in the luxury vinyl category.
To clarify further, the “mil” in 20mil refers to the thickness of the wear layer, which is measured in thousandths of an inch. This is separate from the overall thickness of the plank, measured at 4.4mm in this case. It was pretty easy. The sales guy came out and with in 10 days we had new carpet. The folks that put it in were very fast and cleaned up everything. A great experience all the way from start to finish.

From start to finish this has been a great experience . I had almost my entire home done in one day! Living room , dining room , family room, master bedroom, and two baths. Just two more bedrooms to finish it up and I will be using them for that project . The sales guy was great , he explained everything , showed me samples , and got the measurements done . Pleasing to work with. I can’t say enough about the installers !! On time ,polite , extremely hard workers . They went above and beyond doing this big project for me. They cleaned up , had me inspect it , it went extremely smooth . I highly recommend GoFlooring. Again huge shoutout to the installers yesterday!

From Horrid to gorgeous in an afternoon 🤗
I’ve been wanting to replace my horrid bedroom carpet for years, but previous quotes were out of my price range. I saw an ad for Go Flooring with great prices on product and installation AND 0% financing, so I contacted them for an estimate. I was contacted that same day and made an appointment for the following week. Bryce was right on time and very patient as I took my time choosing the flooring I wanted. His app that allowed me see what the flooring would look like in my room was awesome! I received a call two days after we met saying the product had arrived at the warehouse! We scheduled an install appointment for my next day off the following week. The installers were right on time, very professional and they were finished very quickly. I definitely recommend Go Flooring!

The communication was top notch from…
The communication was top notch from beginning to end. The in home consultation was very low pressure. The installation crew was here promptly both days and worked together to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. It was a big project but they made it seemless. They snapped pictures of my furniture setup before beginning and set everything back up afterwards. We were very pleased and would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their flooring!

My wife was especially pleased...
The company rep., Javier, was friendly and easy to talk to, he helped us choose the color closest to what we wanted. We liked that it was an American company, using American manufactured (Mohawk) flooring and Made in the USA sub floor material. The installers spoke limited english so there was no communication with them, but they were professional and worked till 7pm trying to get the job done in a day. They did have to return for two hours in the am to finish and they brought a fourth person who spoke english more fluently. They removed linoleum from the kitchen and carpet from the living room and discovered a height difference of a 1/4" so we had to pay an additional cost to add plywood to the living room and hallway, but the seamless flow has a much better look. Sorry there's no photo option,
