Used recently for a house sale and purchase. Very professional, easy to get in contact with for updates and to discuss things with. The other positive I found was that they were never the solicitors in the chain holding things up; which seems a rarity in this line of work!

I have recently used Sharon and Elliot for my sale and purchase, and I cannot fault them.

Nothing was too much for them, they were always on hand to answer any questions I had, and made me feel at ease and calm, as moving house can be very stressful...not when you use Goddard Dunbar.

Dealt with a Family Protection Trust and removing Solicitors from my parent property deeds after finding out the firm had gone into liquidation-Abbie Roberts dealt with our process. We did this over the phone, email and letter as we live nowhere near Stoke. The process went smoothly and Abbie was always on hand to answer any queries we had.
