Purchased two dive watches. The first one was a 200m Gnomon brand and it leaked the first time it was exposed to water while snorkeling. I had to pay to return it for warranty. They refused an excha... Zobacz więcej

Recently I have purchased a 1545 MIltitray 20 ATM, When I checked the case back, It has scartch marks on it. I have email to the company but no respond from them. Is this the attitude of the company since I ordered on line and is far away. That means there will not be a repeat customer

Outstanding genuine and fast.
Did some research into this company before buying from them and so glad I took the plunge and put my trust in them. Outstandingly fast delivery from a genuine authorised dealer in Singapore to my home in the UK, ordered on Monday and arrived Thursday, incredible. Well packaged and even a surprise free NATO strap thrown in. Picked up the Seiko SRPC25J1 which is hard to find in the UK from an AD. Cheaper than anywhere even with the £26 customs charge. I'm now looking at a Steinhart and will certainly be buying from them in the future. Very happy indeed.

SQUALE 1521
Delivered to the U.K. within 3 days! Very minor import costs considering the price of the watch (£26) but this can be paid on the DHL site to avoid faff. Would use again!

Great Service, Fast Delivery and No Troubles
What a pleasant service and great buying experience I've had with Gnomon.
I ordered my Steinhart Ocean One on Saturday evening and expected the delivery to take at last 5 days. But I got a well packaged DHL today. It is just amazing how quick Gnomon watches processed my order and delivered the product to Sydney, Australia with no additional costs.
No troubles and perfect service. I'll be buying again, with no concerns.
Cheers,
Eli

Genuine products/ Authorized dealer / AAA+ Customer satisfaction
Have purchased two watches from this fantastic and well run company. Four day delivery from Singapore to Michigan USA. The best protective packaging I have ever seen. I needed a replacement screw for my Squale watch a year after purchase and received quick response and free replacement. E-mail request was prompt and very, very polite. These people have an excellent business model that others could and should emulate. Thank you Gnomon watch, you have won my loyalty and will always be my first choice for future additions to my watch collection.

Sent me the wrong item.
Sent me the wrong item (different sized strap). Stopped replying to my e-mails and never sent me the correct strap. Unacceptable and terrible customer service.

Ball Engineer II Marvelight
Just purchased a Ball Engineer II Marvelight watch from Gnomon. Excellent communication and quick free shipping. Was apprehensive at first to do business with them but after reading several reviews and having excellent communication from the company I made the purchased. Delivered on the day we arranged. Very happy transaction.
