This is an excellent watch seller. Based in Singapore. I received my watch in NJ, USA in 3 days via DHL. Tracking info up to the minute and delivered as instructed. I would trust them 101%. Btw the watch is excellent and beautiful.

Found this company online looking for information on Steinhart watches. Ordered the Ocean GMT Ceramic. Ordered the watch late Thursday night, it was shipped Friday morning and recieved in Ontario Canada on Monday... yes 3 days later!!! It was packaged with perfection in very expensive custom made high strength type of bubble wrap. Also with a gift of a high end cleaning presentation / cleaning cloth and all warranty cards ect. The watch is first class. I sent a personal email to Gnomon thanking them. I recieved an email back in 24 hours from Mr. Anders Tan thanking me for my feed back.
Will definately buy from them again.

A chance find while on youtube led me to Gnomon Watches. Living in Melbourne, Australia I was worried about the delivery time and legitamacy of the timepiece I was wanting. Ended up calling the store and spoke with Justin regarding the timepiece I was after. He was very professional on the phone. Finally bit the bullet and placed an order on 8th July.

To my extreme surprise, my timepiece arrived on the 13th of July!!! Packaged to a tee, great security, ZERO damage. I couldn’t have asked for more.

Gnomon Watches are the go to guys!!! Keep up the good work!

How do you verify authenticity of a watch?
Do watches have a serial number that you can verify with manufacturer?
Does this company provide those two pieces of information? or How do they prove authenticity of watches they sell?

Very poor communication. After purchasing a watch, was contacted via email and told it could not be shipped to the address I provided. I have tried to contact Gnomon multiple times via email AND phone to resolve the situation. Gnomon HAS NOT responded. I have been charged even though product has not shipped, and I have only received the aforementioned ONE email communication. Absolutely unacceptable. Still waiting for resolution.

Highly recommend. I had a great experience purchasing in store last year and just ordered the SARX069 online. Customer service was excellent, fast shipping and care taken with packaging. Thank you for another exceptional watch and experience.

I have purchased 2 watches from Gnomon. The service has been excellent, emails responded by 2nd day after sending to answer my questions. The watches, Ocean1 Black ceramic GMT and Green Ceramic, both beautiful, great packaging and are just awesome watches. I am very happy with the product and service. So much so that I am ordering another piece next week. Deciding between the Premium blue ceramic with the ETA 2892-2 or the premium blue with the transitioned dial with ETA 2824-2. Can't wait. Oh, also delivery to Orlando Florida has been 3 days. Will continue to do business with them.

I'm giving 2 stars for the customer service after a purchase. At the beginning of March 2020 I was in Singapore for Business and purchased a Steinhart watch at the Gnomon store. Ithe watch is very nice but one week later, after I had returned to the United States the bracelet fell apart. A threaded pin fell out somewhere and the watch fell off my wrist. My guess is that when Gnomon sized the watch for me that they failed to properly tighten the pin. I emailed Gnomon to ask about getting it fixed but to date have had no response. So I'm stuck with an $800.00 watch that I cannot wear. What really peeves me is that I paid extra for the jubilee style bracelet which fell apart. Bottom line, nice stuff but poor aftercare.

Fantastic experience of buying from Gnomon; really fast delivery and superb communication from the sales / support team. I will be using them to shop for a watch again.

I bought a glycine sub gl0269 for almost 600 dollars because it says it a collaboration with gnomon watches and glycine. could not find any for sale before I bought mine.after I received my watch all of a sudden they are popping up for around 400 dollars.also they seem to be dodgy with what movement is in it showing eta 2824 or a sw200.all I can say is becareful when ordering from them and do ur home work before u buy anything from gnomon watches.

Ordered a Ball watch from Gnomon. Their customer service is impeccable. From initially placing my order to the watch arriving at my door (under 3 days to east coast US) the entire purchase experience was flawless. They kept me updated on the order status regularly. It was a pleasure doing business with Anders and his team at Gnomon.

Gnomon shipped me the wrong watch then were very slow with responding to their error. Also the process to return the incorrect item to them and receive a refund was extremely complicated, frustrating, and slow. I would not purchase from them again as they have poor order processing and poor customer service.

I just got my 12th watch from Gnomon, every one I purchased came to South Africa with in 3 days,congratulations to Gnomon and staff, for the continues professional manner.

I ordered the Seiko sbbn031 (my grail watch) and asked Anders Tan about alignment and he was very honest and advised I wait for their next batch which I did and he picked one out for me which was perfect and got it to me within a week,this has been the best online shopping experience and I will be buying from Gnomon again without a doubt the best place to get your JDM watches from.

I ordered 2 Steinharts here- always window shop on the site. I thought the timeliness great and very pleased with product.

I bought a Steinhart Ocean GMT from them and they delivered fast and with no problems. After a couple of months the GMT marker wasn't adjusted well any more. I wrote a couple of times to them only to find out that they really have a bad costumers service. In the end I sold the watch. Think twice before you buy from them. In case of a problem you might find yourself in the rain and the joy of a once desired time piece is gone.

got my watch in a timely manner and it was cheaper and came with all the tools needed to change bands and a little pouch to hold your watch very impressed
