Excellente qualité service client !J'ai envoyé un mail avec une photo de les lunettes qui s'était cassée ainsi qu'une preuve de la garantie et on m'a directement répondu très cordialement en m'envoyant une nouvelle paire neuve la semaine d'après. Rien à dire.

J'ai acheté une paire de lunettes modèle Optimizer il y a quelques années, super modèle confortable et efficace !
De plus le sav et très réactif et cherche la satisfaction client !

The glasses I received, I was not satisfied with them and decided to send them back and get my money back. It turned out that I had to do it at my own expense and send them to France to their warehouse.
I have been waiting for the refund for 7 days and nothing, I wrote to them twice and no one responds very bad communication.

NE VOUS FAITES PAS AVOIR !!

Voilà plus de 2 semaines que j’ai commandé mes lunettes, mon argent a été prélevé deux jours après le passage de la commande en revanche !

J’appelle le numéro de téléphone sans cesse, personne ne décroche ! Et mes mails restent sans réponse.

De véritables voleurs

Bonjour, j'ai commandé des lunettes le 11 décembre dernier. Aucune nouvelle depuis, je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande #G25712.
J'ai envoyé plusieurs mails laissés lettre morte à ce jour. Mon fils voulait ces lunettes pour noël. En pratique, j'ai perdu 49 euros!

Awful product, having to send back to them for a £20 minimum. Read reviews before purchasing, if you’ll be content with losing out.

I have been using these glasses for almost 2 years now, and they have been great. The glasses are high quality, blue light blocking and really comfortable. Fairly priced and a nice case to boot.

I've been using these glasses for the past 2 years or so and they have been a tremendous help in keeping me focused and reducing blue light so I fall asleep easily. The customer support is great helping me in any way they can :) 10/10 would come again.

They will have you leave a 5 star review for a replacement pair only to not ship them and ignore your emails after the fact. This has happened to others as well, you can see in these reviews. I like the glasses, they are nice blue light glasses I will say, but scum company. Better off going to amazon.

Months I reaches out to GMG performance to request a replacement pair of glasses. After sending the company a couple of photos of my broken glasses, GMG performance said that I did not have a warrant with them, but if I give them a good review on trust pilot, they will send me a free pair in the mail. Now a month after my previous 5 star review for them, no glasses have been sent and customer service will not respond to emails

My first glasses was stolen from package on transit send a picture to courier and gmg performance. Courier did not even bother to be interested but got answer from gmg and they sent new pair of glasses. (Answer from gmg took about 72h so do not panic if you are waiting mail from support)

Btw these glasses are comfty and stylish

Return costs are not covered by the online retailer. They expect you to pay for return shipping. For $75 glasses with no other way to try them on before purchase, this is a trashy look.

This is an update on my review which initially was a 1 star but GMG have since taken the time to resolve the issue I had which is why I am now updating to a a 5 star.

The biggest downside if the unfortunate downside of almost any major glasses company, that if you aren’t a white man, these may not fit you. I want to love these glasses so badly, but the fact that the frame’s literally fall off my face every single day makes these hard to work with. I love the blue light blocking, but fight to keep them from breaking every day simply because all “off the shelf” glasses do not take into account POC or females

I have tried different brands of glasses because I do a lot of gaming and these are by far the best! Super comfortable and my eyes don’t get tired at all.

Purchased Optimizer Gold and the clarity and colour is night and day better than other blue blocker glasses I tried. Customer service is fast, professional, and very helpful !

Great glasses with high-quality materials. A good hinge that will not break easily and the glass has no distortion when moving the head. The view gets a little bit warmer but this has to be to filter the blue light. Overall a very good pair of gaming glasses. If you like how they look, you can buy them without worrying.
I have to mention the unexpectedly long response time when contacting support. My package was damaged and I contacted the support team. It took over a week for their first response which made me curious and I thought they are just ignoring me. I don't know what the problem for the long response time was but in the end, they helped me in a professional way. I got a new pair of glasses and everything went as expected.
