Maptive has been a valuable tool for managing our client addresses and sales territories for several years. While it is generally user-friendly, some initial training is required to optimize its functionality. However, I have observed a lack of updates and new features, which is a point of concern. Overall, a good tool.

Maptive is a user friendly platform that makes it really easy to visualize your data. I looked all around the web for all platforms like this and Maptive is the best! I would recommend to any friend or company. It supports a large a amount of data, you can make heat maps, agglomerate points, draw shapes, etc. Love it!!

We have a large volume dataset we wanted to view, and no GIS or other software outside of Google Earth. We did a trial period of Maptive and it was so impressive we purchased it.
We've had it for 2 weeks so far and found many ways to use it.

Pros:
- loads and geocodes addresses quickly
- heat map and radius options
- ability to quickly change views
- ability to share exact views or interactive maps
- quick customer service response

Cons:
- a layered map will actually consist of multiple maps and is not as customizable as the individual maps

This is a great mapping tool and excellent customer service. I used it to map out the route to all of her staff's houses for a teacher appreciation gift drop off. Paul was amazing and showed me how to use a few of the tools, like how to make sure the labels showed and create optimized routes. He even extended our trial for 10 days so I could make a map for our 8th graders continuation parade.

Maptive was really easy to use and assisted us with organizing our companies territories. Using this program took out alot of the guess work which made my time more effective and efficient.

It's rare in today's day and age do you get true and real help. I created a trial account and hopped right into things, playing around plotting some data and ran into a few hurdles. Not expecting much I opened live chat and tossed some questions in on things. Two of my questions had answers and the other one unfortunately was out of their control.

So I close chat and go on my merry way. But wait moments later chat fires open out of no where and the rep (Paul) says "I have an idea" Then continues to spurt off a few work around steps to achieve what i needed. Easy to follow and worked perfectly!

I have never had someone re-engage me in chat, to offer more help, and what made everything even better? Paul, Paul is a real person (from what i can tell) Paul doesn't sound like he's reading from a script in a condescending tone like 99% of other chat supports out there. This alone is pretty awesome in today's day and age! Thank you Paul!

Just starting to use Maptive. New to this application. Replacing MapPoint. Support staff is great; Jenn in particular has been very helpful and supportive helping through my learning process.

I checked out several tools before selecting Maptive. I know I made the right choice. I have clients who appreciate visualizing their data when constructing sales territories. I find the product user friendly and robust. The best part, though, is the support. Jenn and Paul respond very quickly to requests for help and their advice is always right on the money. I've worked on many projects with software developers and customer success managers. Jenn and Paul get a 10 out of 10 rating. Thank you!

I worked with Jenn at Maptive she is a rising star that is for sure. While many of the competitors to this company are huge, bulky, tech companies they are not available for their clients. Jenn was more then happy to help me with any requests or inquires I had and she did a great job. Glad to be part of the maptive team as a new client!

Maptive is a great productive with multiple functions allowing you to create a map for any request. Maptive continues to provide updates which enhance the experience of your mapping needs. I've been able to create simple maps of a handful of locations all the way to territory maps showing density of locations with optimal points to show key utilization along with driving routes. The ability of creating maps is endless and I constantly learn new tools and uses within Maptive. This is a phenomenal tool for any mapping need.

Great Company and customer service. They have worked diligently to address our custom needs for the mapping software. We have a significant amount of data mapped and so the map can take time to refresh after each key/mouse input.

Maptive is wonderful tool for my team. It's friendly and visual are very clear and simple. There are few functions I would like to see:
1. searchable and able to sort in data aspect for adding and deleting data
2. set up own preference for all tools and save it for all maps created. For example, when I import new map, the boundary tool will reset to default setting and I had to adjust it again.
3. better zoom in and out. I like to control the zoom entirely such as by 1% instead of 10%.

A very nice product. Especially the heat maps and geo coding is really good

Its Good, but slowness issue with server :(

The only problem we face is when the numbers are high in map, it takes time and hangouts, which will not auto recover

The program is great and user friendly. It is easy to drop data for address and information to be mapped, which is a function I use. I map various customers, an asset would be able to have different colored icons for groups of addresses.

Great intuitive interface. Impressive applications and functionality. I am glad I purchased for a full year.
