The original item that arrived didn’t work. But they immediately sent me a prepaid postage to attach to the parcel after I emailed them. Then within a week a new working item arrived.

Can't wait to buy more things!!
This was an impulse buy to replace a light up wand my daughter got last year at an event. But I bought lots of great items, and passed on the details to my teacher friend who wants to bulk buy for her children in class as end of term/Christmas gifts. Thank you so much. I've withdrawn my review and have decided to write a new one. I've been scammed three times lately. most dear items, I mistook this. company for another and emotions got the better of me. but I'm man enough to admit when I've effed. up.
this was the 4in1 lazer pens. they arrived quickly, in nice cases and a pen that wouldnt look out of place in for ex a lab coat etc.
once again I'm very sorry for I mistook you for another company and gave into anger.hope it hasn't caused yous undue stress

Unfortunately over the last few weeks we have experienced quite a few delays with the postal service but we would really have expected your parcel to have arrived by now.

Good product, great service
These arrived n good time. They were well packed. The lights are strong and make them more interesting. They have yet to be put to use (by my grandchildren) as the pirate costumes they are part of are not yet complete, but I can’t wait to see their faces!

Disappointed that after a day the batteries failed and couldn’t change them so it would work again the batteries didn’t fit in properly they weren’t getting a connection my son who has special needs was so upset

Really bright
Fast delivery. Packaged well too. The glow sticks we had were brilliant. The kids loved them. Really bright and lasted quite a while. I'll definitely buy from the company again.
