I had such a wonderful experience at Glow & Grace Aesthetics! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome, comfortable, and well looked after. The salon is beautiful, clean, and has a relaxing atmosphere.

I recently had an IV drip treatment, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt at ease throughout the whole process. Since my treatment, I’ve felt more refreshed, energised, and revitalised.

The level of care and professionalism was outstanding, and it’s clear that customer wellbeing is their top priority. I am extremely happy with my experience and would highly recommend Glow & Grace Aesthetics to anyone looking for high-quality treatments and exceptional service.

I’ve been a client of Anna for about 5months(always lashes) I did have a skin booster with Anna after which one I had a massive reaction (I can send you photos) . Anna did not do a patch treat before as well as she didn’t give me a consent form to sign. I didn’t receive any aftercare . She did mention that she can dissolve the skin booster if it will be really bad (I had whole face swollen for about 2 weeks)If you offer treatment you should actually offer an aftercare to your clients. After the whole situation her approach toward me change -she did cancel my lashes appointments as apparently she suddenly suffers a migraines. She promise me to do my wedding lashes but she only book an 1h appointment for me as she was so desperate to have another clients ( offer an appointment on her insta page) She rushes as she overbook and that’s an issue and she starts cutting corners like no patch tests or consent form . I was very disappointed.

The training I received from Ania exceeded my expectations.Ania is fantastic ,friendly , knowledgeable and profesional.She made me feel comfortable during each part of the course.I would highly recommend Ania as a lash technician and the trainer!

I booked in for lash extensions with Anna, her space is super tranquil l, comfortable and clean. A really nice space to have a lash nap!
