Сотрудничаем с компанией «Глобус» с мая 2023 г, очень довольны качеством товаров. Мы заказывали контейнер: кухня с островом, гардеробная, мягкая мебель, сантехника, сауна, плитка, пергола, освещение, арт объекты и многое др. Лично была в Китае, компания полностью берет на себя ваши заботы и по- максимуму погружается в проект. Сопровождение по заказу, сколько нужно, в нашем случае, это больше года, а менеджеры, очень трепетно относятся и решают любой вопрос. Такого сервиса не встречала ни в одной другой компании. Рекомендую!!!

After payment, they just don’t care about client at all. I had trouble with product quality and refund and customer support just simply ignore my messages.Chinese quality.

After living in China for seven years, my husband and I were moving back to the United States and knew we would need to furnish whatever home we were to buy. As part of our relocation, we were given a shipping container and we decided to fill it with new furniture we would purchase in China. Because we would not remain in China long enough to see that process through, I began looking for an agent to help with communication and quality control, and we found Globus. Before committing to working with them, we drove up to the offices to see the operation and meet with them in person. The people were open and honest and highly professional - likeable as well.

Once we moved back to the U.S. and purchased our home we signed the contract with Globus and began to custom order every piece of furniture for the new place. All in all, we ordered 30 cubic feet of furniture.

The process was bumpy at times, sometimes slow, due to the time difference, and I found it stressful to approve fabrics/materials/colors through photos but we made it work and Daria, our Globus consultant, exercised amazing patience, for which I was very grateful.

The project took about nine months in total, including the time spent on our end, choosing furniture and materials here in the U.S., creating a design plan, and shipping samples to Globus. We shared with Daria that since this was for our home (not a rental) we only wanted high end materials and she respected our wishes. We received photos and videos as things were being made, and the quality control was excellent. Globus worked with our shipping company and that part of the process was seamless.

When the furniture arrived, we were thrilled and amazed by the quality and are confident that we would not have found such quality if we had purchased retail here in America.

Globus’ service was excellent and their professionalism, top notch. I highly recommend them and would refer any friend to use their services.

Well , it took me more then a year to seat and to write a review about this company ....
first of all - we were since beginning advised not to book a new hotel Sofitel which was in the same center where furniture is ... in Louver
The manager who was working with us name was Rahim .... since the first day I was feeling there is something fishy .. and one of my friend who study in China was accompany me all trough the 6 days ....
first day we were bought to Louver where prices are crazy .... and it is nonsense to purchase Italian branded furniture in China with prices higher then in Europe !
After that we were bought to a sh.t place with cheap and not nice furniture ..
Next day we went to office and complaint to the boss and manager Alena - they promised to bring us to a Factory suppliers next day etc ...
we were bought to kind of Factory supplier where furniture was looking better , with better prices but still I cannot say it was cheap ...
I had no choice as I leave on an island where choice is very limited ... and nothing available locally ...
end of the day - we started to purchase ... and one of the last days - when we were purchasing souvenirs - the manager who accompany us was simply negotiating for 30% commission !!!!

Yes 30% not less ... I am afraid to imagine how much they get from furniture purchase ...

Finally - our purchase was done in June 2019 .. I received container with Furniture in Feb 2020 just before the boarders were closed worldwide ...

And this was a total disaster!!
For what this company charge money - honestly they are cheating on the clients .... making at least 20-30% kick backs from the shops ... and not making anything for you !!! They simply don’t care ...
The manager who look after our file was fired ... any way he was a total disaster ....
they give a new manager who suppose to check the quality ....

The container came to Mauritius without airway bill !!! They simply loaded container on the ship going to Mauritius , they don’t feel any paper , NOT even a proper packing list !!!!
Hopefully I was in touch with some suppliers and requested them to send packing list at least to understand what is where and in what boxes !!!!
When the containers ( we had 2 containers) arrived / they don’t arrange documents correctly and to remove the container I was forced to give a 5000 Euro deposit to shipping company which they refunded after we refund empty container ( it took at least 1 month to get money back )
I am not writing how many difficulties we had with custom to remove the container and arrange all formalities ....
there was 1 sofa which wasn’t done well and not correct color... and this was learned just before container suppose to leave ( Globus had at least 6 month to check it !!!! But they waited till last moment !!!) ... so I ask not to wait and to remake it and we will ship this item with another goods my family was bringing ...
Some month later they ship the sofa .. and with sofa another 2 beds .. which I never was informed wasn’t shipped and due to we don’t had a proper packing list to understand if we received everything was not possible ....
Finally , when I contacted same suppliers i purchase furniture from , as a company and requested whole seller price - the price was less then half for what we paid ....

On another note same product on Ali Baba can be purchased with half price !!!!

Kitchen , sofas , tables , garden furniture , anything you need and at a fare price !!!!

Oh yes ... I forget to say even Carpets , Bed mattresses - they cheat on everything !!!!

On top of this - they don’t check the quality ... they might check color .... but for example we received a cabinet with glass doors bigger then cabinet and the doors were not able to close ...

The bath room furniture counter top had issues ... and much more ....
we received the tv cabinet without the legs !!!!

I highly don’t recommend to use any company as such ..Don’t use agent !!!!
The best way - find a good logistic company who can pick up the goods for you , pay them to send you photo and video of product before loading into container ....
go yourself to all those furniture market , but before that - go on Ali baba - check the price range well and make sure no one still you !!!!

This agencies are cheating.... and on top of charging for their “services” they also will make sure to get a huge and non reasonable kick back from everything you will buy ....

All managers in shops speak good English ... if you previously make market search , check prices on Ali baba with whole sellers - after that they want be able to cheat you ! The way they use to cheat with all clients they have .

Be careful all agents have same system if work! Don’t trust anyone !!! Trust only to yourself !
If ever - you still choose to have an agent - make sure you have done a market search before going to China ! Those clients who stay in Europe and Russia - I think have better choice and prices in home countr

My name is Gaurav. I am from India but I have citizenship in Australia. In India, we usually build a house once and for life, so we want it to be excellent. I have a big villa in Melbourne that needed to be furnished. It is not difficult to find good quality furniture here, but if you find it, it is usually pretty expensive. I wanted my house to be in classic style, and I’ve heard from my cousin who went to China 3 years ago that there was a great choice of classic style furniture in there. So I started browsing the internet. The first option was a private-translator that could take me to any place I want and help me with the communication but that was all they provided. The second one was the company. It was a bit more expensive but they provided free-transfer, a manager-translator, and logistic service. I decided to contact them and ask about all the details.
As there were going 5 of us: my mother, my wife, my son, a nanny and me, I was worried about documents for a visa. I’ve heard that Indians need an invitation letter for China but later the manager Alena said that as I had Australian citizenship, my family and me could come with the usual tourist visa.
She also explained to me how I can apply for a visa and answered all my other questions. They felt professional, experienced and focused and I could trust them. Moreover, I didn’t really want to risk to go with a private translator as I’ve heard a lot of stories from my business partners about how people got dumped of them. It’s better to pay a bit more than later regret it.
When we arrived at the airport, our manager met us and took to the hotel. During the way, that took us 2 hours, we could enjoy the modern Chinese buildings through the window. We decided to rest for a day and start the next day.
It was planned to visit markets with kitchens first but our nanny had to stay with my son as he felt sick after the flight. I texted the manager and the answer was: “No problem”. Our manager reacted very quickly and changed our plan according to the new situation.
I was shocked by the size of the shopping malls and I didn’t know how we were going to walk through all of them. Of course, there were a lot of different styles and the items we didn’t really need. But the manager knew where to go and he took us to the places where we could find things for our project.
One more thing that impressed me is that in Foshan there are restaurants with Indian cuisine. As I’m not already young, I prefer to eat Indian food every day. So it was a pleasure to have Indian cuisine in another country because we were not sure that our stomachs would like Chinese food.
Those five days were exhausting. We walked 30 thousand steps a day!! I think my family and me had never walked so much in our lives while our manager was still energetic even at 8 pm.
I’m happy that we made the right decision to go to China for furniture sourcing. We could contact our manager day and night. We did buy everything we needed. We didn’t feel lost in a new city without the Chinese language. We always felt that the company was taking care of us. I’m very grateful to the whole team of GLOBUS company.
