CSR was able to help me get logged in so I could make payments on line

The new login and forms are ridiculous. The other way was much easier, log in, choose your policy and make a payment. I have 5 policies for family and myself. It was no problem to log in and make payments. There are 3 due the same day every year, I would make 1 payment. Now, when I finally can get logged in, I had to pay each one separately. So annoying and complicated for no reason. The new login system is terrible and too complicated.

I called twice and was told someone would contact me within a certain period of time. 3 days and still no return call.

I have recently contacted Globe Life by phone and my wait time way only a couple of minutes. The agent I talked with was very kind, courteous and helpful with my question. I have several family members and friends that have used Globe Life over the years and Thay are all very pleased with the speedy time for handling the insurance payouts and described them to be the most valuable insurance company they had done business with. My firsthand knowledge of this company is why I feel so comfortable with them handling my insurance needs. Globe Life has been an absolute miracle in my family's life for so long.

It was easy to reach an agent. The wait time was not more than about 10 minutes. I had spoken to an agent just a few weeks back to change the account my payments were to come out of but it sees that agent did not make the changes correctly so when this month's bill rolled around it did not get paid so I went online and made the changes and payment myself. It only gave me the option to pay every 3 months and due to the fact that I updated the bank acct info THEN made a payment it took the payment twice. I am assuming I will not have a payment due for the next 6 months. We shall wait and see I guess.

I gave my experience a 4 because of the amount of time it took to get to a representative. There was too many one word inputs and then too meny numbers input. at one point being taken to a wrong place and starting all over again.
When I finally got to a customer service representative My experience took 5 minutes to complete. The representative was 5 star poliet, understanding and knowledgeable.

Love the new and updated web site! Things are finally up to date and that makes things much easier to navigate.

The representative was very kind and helpful. I have been with Globe since 1999. I would recommend them any to everyone

The rep i had was wonderful didn't understand why my husbands rate went up luckily he got home while on phone got him verified and permission to talk she explained everything and also go things updated

Easy to make payment online. Site is easy to navigate to do what I wanted.

I have been doing business with globe life a long time. During the last ten years I've done all my transactions on line, (best of my remembrance), and I don't recall a situation where I couldn't complete my transactions. For me... it's all good, thanks.

The staff I talked to were decent. But after canceling a policy I'd had for 10 years, not sure if I'll get any money back, whichi I really need!

Globe Life is the best for people who need an honest and dependable company to handle and support your final needs. I really don't understand why more people are not insured. I have expressed this in my community, i handed out the extra applications I'm sent with my billing. There is no need for people asking for donations for burials when you have a plan. I hate "Go Fund me' post for burials. It really is unnecessary and people don't realize how BAD it makes them look-not taking care of future plans that are available.

I will never purchase insurance from Globe Life again. They are very difficult. I have been trying to cancel a policy with them for almost a year and they are still billing me and trying to offer me more insurance. My daughter is now 27, living in a different state, married and very successfully employed. They are awful. If you need a small policy for a child, just add a rider onto a life insurance policy you already have it won't be as painful as dealing with Globe.

My overall experience was great.

Tried to pay both of my childrens insurance plans, have done this before you changed the web page. Continually kept going back to wanting to send me a code. this happened 4 times and still couldn't get to the page. it kept going back to wanting to send code.Spent almost an hour trying to get this to work. Finally gave up and had to send by mail. Your page is useless.

My mom paid globe life insurence 14 years and at the time of her death they denied me. A 6 weeks window left to a 2 yr kook back they claimed her fraud and misrepresented her health and stole 14 years if premiums without paying out they are the worst bad faith insurence company anyone can go for ! Avoid them like the plague

It's quick and easy. The only down side is the new website doesn't save payment information. You have to enter it every time annoying.

I have been with this company since 2007.i have always been treated great by mail or by phone.Globe gives you the opportunity upgrade your rider on each policy. i'm thankful to have found Globe insurance company whom cares.Globe Life you rock!!!!
