After subscribing and trying the platform, I realized it wasn’t what expected. They cut and paste my resume on a blank page with a “custom summary” matching the job description I was interested in. You have to personally go in and create resume template designs. I cancelled without using and requested a refund. They stated they don’t give refunds unless you use consecutively for 14 days in the first 30 days AND applied to 100 jobs during those 14 days and provide screenshots as proof. TOTAL SCAM

I appreciate Olivia's quick response to my refund request and the accommodation of an extra month to try the service. I will give it a few more weeks

I wasn't subscribed for long but the website was user friendly and easy to navigate. The cancelation process was lengthy and slightly inconvenient but Olivia on the support team was so helpful and friendly. She responded quickly and kept in touch making the process more pleasant. Overall, I would recommend checking Global Work for job hunting.

They promise a money back guarantee but hide information that they request proof of multiple screenshots of usage in 4 consecutive days in the first days of usage - which no one in their right mind would keep making screenshots while using their platform that doesn't offer much.

If I could rate this a zero star, I would. I have given it one star so that I can write this review. First of all, I want to commend you for reading this because you are smarter than I was. I elected to try Global Work Ai just because the big-named job search websites are so over saturated, it is nearly impossible to find a job on those platforms. Through no fault of your own, times are tough. What I can do to help is to recommend you NOT get desperate and sign up for this platform because if you are not satisfied with your purchase, they will not honor a refund, unless you want to just hand them your $20+ for you to not find a job. You must apply to 100 jobs within 14 consecutive days and receive no offers for employment to justify a refund under their version of a 100% satisfied, money back guarantee. Basically, curl up for 14 days straight, apply 100 times and if you don’t hear back, you might get a refund. And don’t even think about taking a break! I was not lucky to experience that. Be aware! You cannot see job search results without SPENDING MONEY! Stay away please.

You have to create a profile to even explore this site to see if you are interested. I was not, but they charged me anyway - not once, but twice. When I reached out to tell them it was a mistake - they said due to their policy they can not refund me. I DID NOT UTILIZE THEIR SITE/SERVICES! If I could give zero stars - I would.

They first steal your time by asking you a million questions, then you have to give them your email, and only then do they tell you that you also have to pay for it.

The onboarding process was great and very convincing. It definitely convinced me to pay because it said that after scanning my CV, it had found over 1,000 matches. However, after paying, the experience fell completely short. Most of the jobs offered to me are engineering roles, but I have no experience in this field. I feel scammed and have asked for a refund.

try signing up and they took my money but when it came time to add my login information it kept telling the 8 different passwords I was trying to use were already taken, and there was no way to get in contact with customer service to help resolve this problem for me.

I have yet to find a remote job using this platform, but I have confidence in its AI abilities that I will land something while I still am working in a warehouse with my tech background. Time will only tell!

Horrible! Avoid at all cost. I signed up then found a job a few days later using a different source. Cancelled my subscription 2 days after signing up and then got billed. Reached out to the support team and was told there was no record of my cancellation, sent them a copy of the screen shot with the cancellation show ending 5/8. They however withdrew their fee on the 7th and told me that it was not refundable because the way their bill period is it was from May 1st. What a joke! After I wrote this review they did decide to send me a refund.

I would not recommend GlobalWork.ai to anyone serious about finding a job.
The platform is extremely underwhelming. The job filters barely work, which makes searching frustrating and inefficient. Even worse, there are very few legitimate listings, and many of the jobs appear to be duplicated—clearly padding their results to make the platform look more robust than it actually is.
The refund policy is another major red flag. They require you to use the platform for 14 days before qualifying, which is unreasonable when it takes less than 20 minutes to realize the service has little to offer. Expecting users to keep coming back to a poor product just to unlock a refund feels intentionally difficult.
What’s most disappointing is that their marketing is polished and convincing—but the actual product doesn’t live up to it at all. If they put half as much effort into improving the platform as they do into promoting it, this might be a different story.
As it stands, the experience feels misleading and not worth the time or money.

I paid for three months of alleged vetted job searches; the filters I apply do not work at all- not even for what jobs to exclude! Also, I see i.e 130 jobs found but there are jobs that are posted in the listing up to 10 times in a row and do not match my filters included in those "130". Also, the "tailored resume" feature is subpar: free editions of AI tailor the resume better-for free! Very poor features is a way to describe this site- job board. I will certainly NOT extend the subscription. Update: I took today screenshot showing the SAME listing of "recommended" jobs that I listed as to "exclude" from searches. Remote (US). I have on many occasions verified the "personalization"/industries but does NOT work.

I purchased an initial 30 day subscription using a misspelled email address. I reached out to support and they responded quickly and immediately figured out the issue. The Global Work team executed a refund to resolve the situation. I will sign up again but be a little more careful with my typing.

This company will continue to charge your account after you submit and receive confirmed cancellation requests. Highly recommend screenshotting and saving all account activity as they won’t send you anything

Whatever you do, if you don't find a job in a month be sure you know the date and cancel because they will NOT refund you. They will fight you tooth and nail. I have never encountered a business when you tell them you're not satisfied they don't give you a refund. They will send you screenshots of searches and show all the positions and go to great lengths to keep your money. I didn't give them 1 star because there are some good options of jobs. You really do have to fish through them and apply to a lot. Its the customer service or lack there of that I am not pleased with
