Global Work 

When ordering a product, I inadvertently ordered a second product that I did not want. I contacted the company via email and advised them of the mistake, and they handled it quickly, refunding me for the additional product.

So I followed the directions and it now says "access will be denied February 10" - that means no more subscriptions/charges? I hope so.

Quick response to my issue with the right solution.

The issue I encountered left me a bit leary on the company itself. Tried to create my account with a new password AFTER submitting payment for subscription and it kept telling me that the password already exists! EVERY password I created? This left me nervous and thinking it was a scam, but the Support team was responsive and helped to resolve my issue. Suggestion: Maybe you should be able to set up your account FIRST before they take your money? Especially since the Payment System is separate from Global Work. Just a thought.

I wouldn’t recommend this service. I signed up for what was presented as a one-week trial, but my account was automatically renewed without clear notice and I was charged for additional time. I contacted them the same day the charge occurred, yet they refused to issue a refund. Their app is also not very user-friendly and doesn’t offer much value. On top of that, many of the job listings are outdated, unavailable, or inaccurately labeled as U.S.-based when they are not. Use with caution.

The solution was fast and easy. The rep responded almost immediately.

I signed up for the program, paid the initial fee, and didn't find what I was looking for in terms of sustainable work. I cancelled my subscription, but the system didn't accept the cancellation, and three months later I was charged again, even though I obviously wasn't using it. When I immediately reached out and explained the situation, requesting a refund, I was told that the TOS allowed them to take my money. Was hoping that, despite being a company that uses AI, their CS team would have a more human response during the holidays and understand the situation. Disappointed, to say the least.

EDIT: The CS team reached out again and offered a full refund for my experience. I appreciate that they were open to reconsidering.

I received a charge for this service and did not know where it came from. I contacted Customer Service and received a speedy and kind response. Though their stated official policy was not to refund, they did so anyway and this showed me how caring they are for their customers. On that basis alone, do business with them!

You go through a questionare that's designed to narrow down your specific job search parameters, then sign up and pay for the service. The problem is, the quetionsire is a complete waste of time since the search engine does NOT narrow your search down. You have to do that through a manual filter when searching for jobs.

Just stop wasting people's time with that list of bogus questions. Also, a large portion of the questionaire is asking if you're tired of looking at job sites only to find spam postings or fake jobs, and globalwork.ai is supposed to emilinate those posts. There are just as many spam jobs on this site as there are on linkedin or indeed. It seems like just an extension of those job boards.

I clicked apply on a job and it took me to the listing on linkedin...and there's multiple postings of certain jobs (like 3 pages dedicated to one job). This site is just another way for companies to syphon money from consumers without delivering real results.

I bought the program, and reached out regarding getting access to the program but no response yet. I requested for a refund and am being told they can’t refund me unless I use the program. I still don’t have access to the program, how am I supposed to use a program I have no access to and being refused a refund when I asked. All this happened within 2 days.

Great place to find up to date remote jobs

After my payment went through on paypal I was prompted to create a password. I did and clicked the submit button multiple times and it never went anywhere else. There is no listings or resume help, I cannot even get into the website at all.
I was really looking forward to using this service but I am done with companies that offer fake help.

Global Work has been extremely helpful in simplifying my job search. The platform is easy to use, the AI tools are accurate, and I found relevant job listings much faster compared to other services. I’m genuinely impressed with how smooth the whole experience was. Highly recommended.

I am currently utilizing this platform and did not realize I signed up a month prior and didn't utilize it. But after finding it again, I am thoroughly pleased with the ease of using it and the resume and cover letter building portion of the platform which makes it easier and more effective when applying for remote jobs. I am highly satisfied, will review again once I land a job.
