Shipping charge about 4 times what it actually costs
Product was deliver within reason but the shipping charges were absurd. This online reseller clearly intends to make a profit on the products they sell and the shipping!

No disclosure of extensive lead times
I was not made aware of the extended lead time for a simple set of test leads before making my purchase. This is an important factor in the decision making process. It leads me to think that your call center places the sale above the customer. If I buy in the future I will have a better understanding of your business practices. 7.17.24 I can understand taking steps to investigate and understand what I had complained about in order to make improvements or adjustments, whatever the case may be. I only request that you let that be the only reason prompting you to investigate. I have no need of an explanation or any further communications so leave my feelings out of your decision making process. You can satify me by correcting anything you may find, if you find anything to correct at all. Have a good day

Leaking Waring LB10G blender container
I ordered and received a Waring LB10G blender with glass container on 6/6/24 (order # 488095-00) and during the first use the blender jar leaked terribly. I called Global Test Supply to try and resolve the issue but they did not offer me any help, simply put me on hold then redirected my call to Waring, the manufacturer. Waring then redirected me too so, weeks later, I am still unable to use the blender I bought from Global Test Supply.

Great experience
Got the test equipment quickly. The measurement probe was bad on it and global test supply sent a new one immediately, no hassle. They also paused the rental time so we weren't charged for a week delay! Great service.

This is the second time we have had an issue. This time after waiting weeks for an order, I asked them to cancel the order and issue a refund. They said they couldn't cancel because it was about to ship. Two weeks later i called and asked where it was and they said they never shipped it. They have lost our business.

I have needed a soldering station for years. Finally bought one. Of course Weller speaks for itself, but I did enjoy the fast shipping, decent price, and prompt communication. This station heats up faster than I had remembered. You will want to lengthen the work time to standby though. Easy enough to do. All in all a great experience

they listed an item for sale on the website with an inaccurate photo of what it was then refused to take a return for the correct item shown in the photo (which i would have been happy to pay the difference). Consumers should not have to verify what they have listed is the correct item.

Machinist calculator nightmare (solved)
I ordered a machinist calculator to finish one of my job.
After 5 days I received an email saying that the calculator was out of stock and therefore I had to wait until April 3 in order for them to receive the calculator from their supplier. I asked to cancel the order due to the urgency to finish my job and they asked me why would I need a refund. Basically I gave them the ok to wait until April 3 and yesterday April 2 I called them and the person over the phone said that the calculator arrived so it will be shipped today April 3. I opened a claim with paypal because first on the invoice the description of the item was totally incorrect and listed as a tripod stand and second because they lied to me and didn't receive any email with shipping confirmation. At this point this is not a company that I can deal with and I would suggest anyone to stay away if you need your tools for professional use.

After waiting for this long I am happy to say that I received my famous calculator. I will definitely change my review into a more of a positive outcome and invite Global Test Supply to be more precise. We all deserve a chance to do better. I definitely appreciated that words reflected facts after all and so thank you very much.
