Great International Insurance! I had several Insurances before but find finally Global Health, who doesn´t make any problems with any refund. They answer quickly and help me no matter where I work worldwide. I can honestly recommend them!

Nice Global Health Insurance with good prices
I am freelancer and travel a lot. For me it is important to have a health insurance that covers me in all situations, worry-free. With Foyer global health I have always known my costs are covered in different countries and the support is excellent.

Würde ich nicht wieder machen
Meine Erfahrungen nach 3 Monaten sind einfach nur negativ. Die Weboberfläche zum Verwalten der Vorgänge ist aus der Steinzeit - man arbeitet aber wohl mit Hochdruck an etwas Neuem.
Zusagen die am Telefon gemacht werden, werden nicht eingehalten. Wegen allem muss man ständig hinterher telefonieren.
Das einzige was funktioniert sind die Rechnungen. Die kommen pünktlich.
Bei einem kurzer Krankenhausaufenthalt habe ich extra bei der Versicherung angerufen und man sagte mir, man kümmert sich um alles und würde auch die Zahlung übernehmen. Am Ende habe ich aber trotzdem zahlen müssen und auf Nachfrage sagte mir die Foyer Health, meine vorherige Versicherung die Barmenia würde zahlen. Diese war aber längst gekündigt bzw. auf Anwärterschaft gestellt - warum soll die also bezahlen? Ich solle doch bitt die Kündigung zusenden. Das wurde gemacht und es passiert einfach gar nichts.
Man hat das Gefühl man ist ein Verbrecher, wenn man dort eine Rechnung einreicht.

Das funktioniert in der Regel am besten. Was Ihren Besuch im Krankenhaus betrifft, so hatten Sie anscheinend noch eine Versicherungspolice mit Anspruch, aber dies scheint geklärt zu sein. Es ist richtig, dass wir unsere Kunden nach ihrer Krankenhistorie fragen, um sicherzustellen, dass einige Vorerkrankungen nicht missachtet wurden. Unser Team arbeitet stets mit hoher Präzision, um sicherzustellen, dass wir unseren Kunden wettbewerbsfähige Preise anbieten können, und es war nie unsere Absicht, Ihre Gefühle in irgendeiner Weise zu verletzen.

It is interesting that you claim that you didn't receive my Documents, even though you don't know who I am.
Interesting is also that I received an Email from your internals saying that they are sorry for answering me so late, which was 1,5 months to late, which is also contradicting to you saying that you tried to contact me.
How do you actually know that I was tried to be contacted if you don't know my identity via this post?
But I guess you are just paid to write some contentless things online to try to improve the reputation of the miserable Foyer Global Health service.

Schlimm schlimmer Foyer Global Health
Von Versicherung kann hier nicht die Rede sein. Klar, Versicherungen haben generell keinen guten Ruf, die Global Health verdient aber definitv den Titel der schlechtesten "Versicherung" der Welt. Also, sucht euch lieber etwas anderes und bleibt ganz weit weg von diesem Anbieter.

Most awfull experience ever with TA, not paying a cent back.
I used it to travel to Kirgisistan. Like many countries in Central Asia they don't speak English and especially in case of urgancy you can't choose a hospital. English was stated as "nice to have" - otherwise why do they provide assurance for non-english speaking countries??? I had small visits to a local doctor and a big OP about which I informed Foyer. They said "all is fine, go for it". Finally, they refused to pay. It was just an amount of 100 Euros - nothing compared with 700 Euros I paid for assurance. But they said I have to go to a translator with it!!!!! Translation costs I have to pay by myself, surely. My own translation was not suitable.
Next time I tried another companies. They helped.
