Globalflightcatchers Recenzje

In my situation, because there was a delay with the ticket as the airline was going through a strike but the agency still managed to get me my confirmation email as well as my e-ticket on the same day.

Once again, great experience to do business with Global Flight Catcher. During recent Air Canada labor disruption, Brian and Martina were so helpful to find the alternate flight for us. Thank you.

Very good service assistant, I was supported Very well when my flight was cancelled. Thanks for your help

They have very good prices I booked my family trip

Good price, smooth arrangements.

Terrible company
once you book they call you to say sorry the price went up
THIS IS GLOBAL MONEY CATCHERS

The customer service personnel was very helpful and professional in helping me secure a flight quite close to my travel date from London to Boston. The flight was also cheaper than what was available via most other platforms at the time. Of course, there will always be room for improvement say with regards to being proactive with update on bookings but overall my experience was very good.

Excellent Customer Service. I could not find my ticket for a flight I had booked a while ago and the online chat (Emma) was excellent and sorted it out in no time. Highly recommend Global Flight Catchers.

Very professional very helpful had a great experience with them always book my tickets with them since last few years I m very happy with there services never had any problems recommend flight catchers to all .

Booked flights for 5 people to the Maldives for January 26 with a stopover all good and would use again.

I booked a flight from Manchester to Grand Rapids MI and I found everyone that I spoke with to be very professional and helpful at answering all of my queries. Thank you to George for promptly emailing me my e-tickets. I was also very impressed by Martina for her follow-up call to ensure that I had my tickets and all was in order and to see if i had any further questions. She also mentioned to contact her should I need any further assistance. Very professional and helpful and I will definitely book through Global again and will recommend them. Thank you.

I had issues with my ticket and the problem was with me however they took their time to help me. I could even call at night and they were always ready to offer assistance. Even when I was overseas, they could still be contacted. Guys, I will always buy my ticket from Global flight catchers

Needed a flight leaving in 2 days to Detroit. Contacted Martina at Global in a panic. She told me to relax and she would sort it. Within 20 minutes she’d found the perfect flight at a great price. I received my confirmation e-ticket within the hour. I can’t thank Martina enough. Paul.

Great customer relations and friendly service

Used their online services and it was very easy and helpful.

Booked a business class flight to Canada, E-Ticket received within a few hours, all okay then confirmed by logging in with flight booking ref' to the airline website and then booked the seat too. Dunno how they got the flight so cheap but so far so good.

I cannot thank George and Martina enough for their help in finding me a great value ticket to New York.

I haven’t been an easy customer! I changed my mind at least 4 times and they dealt with this calmly and with huge professionalism. They even managed to secure a surprise upgrade for me which I am thrilled about!

Thank you both so much

Have used GFC twice, once long haul and one just a few hours and on both have had no issues. Have found the staff very helpful.

If I could rate them starless I would.
Despite having received and email confirming our flight booking and sending an invoice for the amount the flights were advertised and booked at: £1136.99 for 2 tickets, today I was sent an email claiming our flights had not been confirmed and that they had tried to call but couldn't reach us and that we needed to contact them as soon as possible and delaying so may result in additional costs.

When I called, they informed me that the price I booked the tickets at was incorrect and it should in fact be £1,500 per ticket!! I pointed out that I could only pay the price that was advertised and quoted and that I didn't pick the price out of the air myself. I pointed out that surely it must be illegal to offer tickets at a price that actually doesn't exist. As the conversation continued, I repeated that a few times, at which point the person I was talking to hung up on me.

I strongly advise against using this unscrupulous company.
