Global Bike have an excellent, easy to navigate website full of very competitively priced products. I purchased some cycling kit and found the site by accident; I'll be using it again though.

Communication is good too and the customer service is outstanding.

I purchased Two leyzne lights, a front and rear. I was pleased with the price, and they arrived very quickly. W hen i first opened, and placed in the batteries the units wouldn't work. i called the shop and semi complained, they then explained to me that i had not turned them on properly (i felt very foolish) basically they were also very patient, and helpful to the idiot who called them. will definitely use them again.

I ordered gloves and a few minutes later got a phone call so say the picture was out-of-date and the gloves were different to the picture; did I still want them? I said I would give them a try. They arrived the next day and unfortunately were not suitable so I returned them. Two days later the refund was in my account.

I will use this company again for their quality of service and efficiency.

I ordered 661 shin guards from globalbike as they were £10 less than anywhere else online and they came two working days later. Cant fault them.

Order arrived in a ouple of days, registred delivery. One item was missing but phoned up and they sent it sratight out.

Simple order process, purchase update, very competitive pricing and fast delivery. What more can you ask - I rate this company!

Wanted to check the Ghost AMR 5900 out and see which size suited me (I am between sizes) and if the 'cockpit' and ride felt right. No problem for Global Bikes who could not have given me better advice and assistance and I rode 2 size bikes around the car park as much as I needed, hopping from one to the other. Bought and took the correct size bike home same day after it was set up for me and absorbing the extensive friendly advice offered (this customer service has continued since).

This was the first time I have used Global Bikes servicing department and I was very impressed. I was having problems with my gears and was told that it could potentially be the cassette. the next day after proper inspection it turned out to be a much cheaper cable replacement. I was extremely impressed, I have little trust in tradespeople in general and half expected the cassette to be changed regardless as my expectation had been set. Not only was the repair very well priced but it fixed the problem perfectly. I would definitely recommend Global Bike to anyone and will definitely be using them myself again. I sound like I have shares in them... I don't btw!

Purchased my new LOOK 675, I had all the help & advice required to enable me to select the correct wheels, pedals etc.
The team really do know how to make a customer feel valued. Hence I travelled away from my local cycle dealers. As customer service means a lot.

Ordered some parts online which turned out to be out of stock in the end even though web site said they were but recieved a helpfull phone call and refund very quickly, great customer service, one star deducted for the naughty stock checker, lol.

I have owned a number of electric bikes from different retailers and consider Global Bike to be the best company I have dealt with by a considerable margin. I was particularly impressed by the care that was taken to pack my bike and the very strong case it was delivered in. I love my sturdy A2B Edge and would not swap it for any other folding bike currently available on the market. Super-fast delivery. Perfection!
