I needed a new Buff and was after one off the hoodie Buffs. I looked all over to get the best price once I knew which colour etc. I wanted and Global Bike came out on top. I didn't know the company so was a bit apprehensive, but they seemed to get good reviews.

I made the order and immediately got a confirmation by email which gave me more confidence in them. Further to that, right through the process Global Bike sent me updates as to the status of the order. Two days later the Buff arrived, well packaged and delivered by a courier.

I can't fault the website, service or delivery from this company and have no hesitation in recommending them.

I found this company by chance - it's not somewhere being a 54 year old "mature" woman - I would normally look to buy a present. I'm so glad I did because I got exactly what I wanted. I received excellent service when I phoned a couple of days after placing my order to ask if a problem with Paypal had affected my order, it hadn't, and the item arrived really quickly, it was well-packed and just as I expected it to be from the photo on the website.

I was going to purchase my new bike online until I came across Global Bikes on the Internet. Glad I did as I would have ordered the wrong frame size; I was able to test various bikes and sizes before purchasing. All the staff have an excellent knowledge and are extremely friendly will defiantly be using them again

I had problem wifh my bike brakes I could not sort, put bike into Global for brake service it came back better than when the bike was new. At the same time I ordered new wheels, the deal including wheels, complete brake overhaul, and new cassete was absolutely superb

The person I spoke to on the phone before I ordered knew his stuff, was helpful and gave me confidence. Just how things should be, excellent.

I pre ordered a felt AR 2 road bike, it was 2 months late (FELTS FAULT), Global were doing all they could at the time. the result being that I now have the bike and am more than happy with it. Global took it upon themselves to take the rap for the delay, needless to say I will be buying my future bikes accessories from there .

My son was so in love with his Felt Q20 that I was trying to find a Q24 to replace it for his birthday - what a mission but solved by global bike :) delivered quickly and option to leave with neighbour which is great when your working hard to pay for expensive birthday presents ;)
