I definitely do not recommend buying this product.
These are the worst hair extensions I’ve ever had. After just a few weeks, they became extremely dry—even though I used professional hair care products. I bought the keratin bond version, and after a short time, individual strands started falling out. Now, after two months, I have maybe half of them left… and they’re in terrible condition.

For the price I paid, I expected much better quality. This product completely failed to meet my expectations. Not recommended.

Jasmin was so so patient on the phone when I had a few problems making an on line order. She took her time to go through every step with me until the problems were solved. Patience of a saint 😇

Conditioner. & shampoo with the product I sent proof of all hair n products and there really not interested please don’t waste you time buying this hair customer service is absolutely appalling they wanted me to take hair stands out my bonded and send them 25 strands when I paid a lot of money to get my hair done absolutely discusting over £300

Bought athena hair and had to complain. Hair matts and is absolutely awful doesn't even last one wash don't buy! Spoke to manager and so difficult to get a refund I give up!! Terrible service.

I pop into GL HAIR at least once a week. These guys are so helpful and always give me first dibs on any special offers which I love! The hair quality is unmatched. Any time I need help with a colour match, their professional staff are on hand to help me and find what I am looking for! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my hair supplies :)

I have been using GL hair for over a year now and honestly I haven’t had one complaint since. Me and my clients absolutely love the hair that they provide, and to be honest most of my clients have kept and re fit the hair for quite some time. Highly recommend for the hair stock as well as the training !

I purchased my first order from the Gl Hair 8+ months ago and till this day the hair is still in excellent condition. good as new.

I just completed my 2 days c4 course in hair extensions with Taz and ali. I really enjoyed my time and Taz is an amazing teacher! I learnt so much. I can’t wait to start my little venture. Thank you tax and Ali. I would highly recommend this course.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS terribly customer service trying to say the hair has been used when clearly the yellow tape around the hair is still attached and to add insult to the matter they won’t refund me so want to send the hair back to me but I’ve got to pay the return charge rob dogs do not use awful company I should of just flushed £200 down the toilet

Great customer service! Hair has just arrived hasn’t been fitted it yet but hair looks and feels great! Really excited to get it fitted.
