Very disappointing experience. The dress arrived too late for the occasion I purchased it for, and the fabric quality was much poorer than it appeared on the website.

I requested a full refund, but customer service repeatedly offered me 10%, 20% and eventually 30% refunds if I kept the dress.

When I requested a full refund, I was told I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense.

I have not worn or even tried the dress on. I simply want to return it and receive a full refund, but the whole process has been unnecessarily difficult and frustrating.

Very poor customer service and a very disappointing return experience. I would not recommend Gleamond and I will not be purchasing from them again.

Just wanted to really put it out there that Gleamond as a company were not helpful throughout the entire process of ordering some shoes for my sisters wedding. I ordered them 3 weeks prior to my sisters wedding and it said it would be here in 9 working days time. Didn’t get any sort of update as to where the shoes were, no delivery date given until a few hours prior to it coming. Couldn’t wear the shoes to my sisters wedding. Asked for some sort of compensation due to the lack of updates, unprofessionalism and inconsideration.

THIS IS A SCAM.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ORDERED A PAIR OF SHOES, came in the wrong size and colour and terrible quality.

I’m not getting NO response from customer service.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Avoid! This website is a scam.
They sent me the wrong items, and now it is impossible to get hold of anyone to send them back.
The email facility is AI operated so I am going around in circles with them trying to get a suitable response.
I am now perusing further action to try and get my money back! AVOID

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
Dresses received of poor quality and have to return to China for a full refund where they say they have been delivered from !! ITS A SCAM !

Completely misleading photos and descriptions, and then have to pay yourself for shipping back to China to get your refund. Complete scam. Was meant to be my evening wedding dress.

Dress took ages to arrive and looked nothing like the picture. Battled for quite a while to avoid giving money back but as it was on Credit Card, they finally agreed. Don't deal with them. How many times do we fall for this and then find out that it's all Chinese?

Would not recommend I ordered a dress that looked stunning on the pictures. It came it looked nothing at all like the pictures. Very poor quality thin material and double the size what it was meant to be. Then the returns policy Absoloutley ridiculous. Basically only get half your money back. Because you have to pay to send it back to china by recorded delivery. Will neve shop on this site again.

Shocking, Im trying to return an item and they are doing everything to avoid giving me my money back, it has to be returned to china so they've offered me a 30% refund and not return it or give me a voucher for a lower amount. I dont want the dress, its poor quality material and a poor fit! Will never buy an item from them again!! Dont waste your money!!

Ordered a dress on 9th got an acknowledgement, since then nothing. Avoid

Sent the wrong dress, and faked a replacement with a fake shipping code. Won’t reply to any emails…SCAM AVOID!!!!!

The bracelet looks nice in person and is comfortable to wear for everyday use. It feels lightweight, though the design was not quite as impressive as expected and could have felt a bit more substantial.

The necklace I picked has a subtle sparkle that isn’t too flashy. It feels like something I can wear daily without it losing its appeal.

Heel blij met mijn aankoop. Ik had een ring besteld en was verrast door hoe mooi die eruitziet in het echt. De kwaliteit voelt degelijk, de steen schittert prachtig en het geheel ziet er een stuk duurder uit dan wat ik ervoor betaald heb.
Bestelling was ook snel binnen, daar kan ik niks op aanmerken. Zou zeker nog een keer iets bij Gleamond bestellen.
