Best price. The glass looks very clear and the edges look very nice. Received the glasses 5 days after shipping. I definitely buy again if I have another glass project.

My experience was good, and they answered me very fast whenever I had questions. However, I just realized that the store where they had me pick up the panel and accessories was selling the same items but for way cheaper (half the price of the panel) than Glass Railing Store. I think it is unacceptable to charge double the price of other stores; this is ripping off people. Another bad experience is the fact that they never contacted me when the order was ready. I had to reach out multiple times to know that it was ready a couple of days ago.

Order the railing on line. Just under 10k. Was told it would be shipped in ten business days. A week and a half later still no railing. Called the store and they say it was shipped. Called there carrier they say it was never ready for pickup. Have a tracking number that says the order was delivered. So right now I’m out 10k with no idea about my railings.
Next step was to report it to the RCMP. Went in person was told they were too busy and that I could report it on line or come back the following day. To day it seems like everyone I talked to were not helpful. Don’t buy on line

The ordering was super easy, and the support helpful, the end product fantastic. Only downer was they released a sale only a few hours after I placed my order and they would not honor it for me. Feel like that's not the greatest leadership.

Had to make several calls (5) to the company to find out status of shipment. Were given different answers each time I called. Requested my hardware be sent separately and they assured me they would. It was never fulfilled. I have little reason not to believe they just lied to me all along. A very frustrating experience.

We love our new glass railing! The Glass Railing Store was great to deal with. Our order was processed immediately and we were able to pick it up the next morning. The installation was relatively easy.
We are now able to enjoy our view without it being obstructed.

Great product pics..could use all sides depicted of a product (rail caps) for confirmation of fit. First class response to quote and phone conversations.

The foremost aspect to highlight is the exceptional customer service provided throughout the entire process, from the initial order to the ultimate delivery. The staff exhibited a high level of knowledge and responded promptly to all my inquiries, which was truly commendable. In contrast, we received a quote of nearly $20,000 from another company for a comparable product, whereas the cost of $6,000 from the Glass Railing Store significantly exceeds that of any other glass offering in the market. Our contractor expressed a high level of satisfaction with both the quality of the glass and spigots and the efficiency of the installation of our deck railings. He has already recommended this company to his other clients. Additionally, the promptness with which the order was delivered to us across the country, within a span of 10 days, was remarkable. I unequivocally highly recommend this company. The one little issue, was that the spigots required lagbolts, which were not available to order, nor indicated they were needed for the installation.

Terrible experience. They sent the glass without all the parts. Discover this after paying a contractor to start installing. Had to contact them multiple times to get the pieces. Finally received the pieces and had to wait for the contractor to install again. When he went to install we discovered the glass panel on the bottom was badly damaged. Contacted them again, however was given a generic email saying I should have inspected within 3 days. We chose to keep them safely in the box while waiting for them to send all the pieces. Customer service is not up to par and they do not stand behind their product or packaging. I was debating between them and another company and clearly I made a poor choice. Buyer beware. Also, we suspect the glass damage took place prior to shipping because we found no glass shards in the shipping box.

They have worked through all my questions and there stock sizes have worked well in my scenario. Loading the material goes smoothly and I appreciate the heavy metal soundtrack well doing so. 🤘
