Team was just wonderful and very patient while working with us. We had a lot of back and forth spreading over multiple weeks and had lot of concerns & questions about the design & the parts. Scarlet & later Shanaz worked tirelessly with us to help get the right design & eventually the right set of parts for our work.

They were very helpful over the phone and e-mail with information on each product and advice on what we needed to buy. They knew the codes for railings around pools so we could plan correctly to meet code.

Im writing midway through my project, and the support from the Glass Railing Store has been great. Thankfully they have been (Shinaz and Mike) very patient with me. The quality of the product has been excellent, while at first I thought the spigots were pricey, they are more than value for money when you actually hold them and see the engineering and quality that has gone into them. Great experience so far.

Throughout ordering, the team has been very responsive and helpful via phone and email. I’m looking forward to my order and will update once delivered and installed.

Your sales person did not sell me everything it took to complete the project. he sold me 16 panels and 30 spigots...I noted this to him and he said it was his error and would have two more shipped out on his nickle...did not happen. i order and paid for two more spigots. I noted he had not included any top cap end peices and he told me he had not ever sold any and had no idea what I was asking for. I had one 90 degree corner and he sent the adjustable 90 degree corners for all of the 180 degree connectors and needless to say they dont work for a 180 degree connectors. If you really want to know, look at the order and what was shipped. it was a mess

They have been very helpful. One glass was chipped and they replaced it.

Shanaz guided me through everything even shipping. Could not expect anything more from customer service.

Product is good but the logistics were a joke. I had ordered my product just before leaving on vacation. The shipping company called as the product was shipped real quick and demanded a next day delivery. I had told them that it needed to be the next week. Then the Glass Railing store called the next day and threatened to change me a storage fee. I couldn’t believe it… what a horrible way to treat your customer. Never again will I buy from the Glass Railing Store. Horrible experience, stay away!! Buy from a different supplier.

Excellent product finish, packaging and ease of install! Dispatch was slower than advertised and communication was spotty, but with quality like this, I can see they're busy doing a lot of business!

Scratched glass…Buyer beware! Hopefully this review will help others….If you expect the warranty to be honored….1) You must unwrap each piece of glass entirely BEFORE you remove it from the crate, inspect for scratches or whatever, and take a picture of it while it’s inside the crate. We had inspected for breakage and chips in the crate, but didn’t take the shrinkwrap off until we moved it to its final resting place. Under the shrink wrap was the scratch, evident because of sunlight. I saw it immediately. 2) Do NOT accept delivery of the glass unless you have the installer there within 3 days to open and inspect. My crate was delivered on a Thursday, and I was able to get the installer on the following Monday, but that was 4 days, not 3. I had assumed 3 business days, not counting weekends. So, bottom line, my scratched panel claim has been denied. Considering I spent more than $2,000 for 16’ of railing, it’s a shame to have this flaw from the very first day. I truly hope this helps others to avoid making the mistakes that I made. The railing is beautiful tho my delight with it is dimmed when the light hits the scratch.

Easy to deal with. Glass came on a crate all well packaged.

Great product at fair pricing; the shipment arrived with the crate destroyed. Luckily, the contents were not damaged.

We submitted a sketch, GRS returned a dimensioned drawing with their bid, we used Pay-Pal, the pallet showed up on-time with a nice driver, truck, lift-gate, and mini-forklift to place the complete package in our garage. All the fittings and glass appeared to be good quality, and the installation only took a few days after the under-deck blocking was complete. Looks fabulous, Wife is happy.

I placed my order completely online, price is transparent I take as much time as I need to make sure I get every piece that fit my need. glasses are measured accurately and very well packaged. delivered to my door via freight delivery with no issue in less than 3 weeks. The glass are great quality and the installed railing looks really nice.

I finally had time to install the glass railing and couldn't be happier. The product is first class and flawless.
You folks run a very smooth operation and it shows.
