The packaging wasn’t sufficient
The packaging wasn’t sufficient. The tube was totally ripped and falling apart. The goods need to be wrapped more securely with bubble wrap and probably brown tape over all the outside of the cardboard tube

I don’t normally try other suppliers of…
I don’t normally try other suppliers of shower components. But my client put me in touch with GlassParts and he wanted a particular door hinge. I ordered the fitting one afternoon and to my surprise I received them the next day, that was very quick. I have kept their details as I’m sure I will be ordering components for other clients as some were also a lot cheaper than my regular supplier.
