I would leave a zero review if possible. I ordered a bra from UK as company said it is now in UK. However, they are NOT in UK and I have not received my bra and received pathetic excuses. I want my money back but they will not refund me while an order exists still. This company are a total joke. Do not buy from them if you live in UK as your order never arrives.

Hi Anne - sorry to hear about your frustrating experience. You are right, all of our UK orders ship from the US. Any orders that go missing, which happens rarely, we replace at no charge. All orders are also eligible for free returns once they arrive at no cost to you.
Never received my refund
Never received my refund. I have just been passed around by people for a week now.
I will not purchase from them again. Never received my item and I keep having to re-explain myself.

We looked into this issue and you told our customer service representatives that the bra showed up but that it did not fit. This can certainly happen and it's why we offer free returns, no questions asked! You would just have to mail the bra back using our prepaid shipping label and the refund would happen automatically! I’ve been wearing these bras for a long time and like them very much. They are very comfortable & find sizes & styles I love. However the customer service is lacking. I made an even exchange for a larger size and they charged me more! Adding insult to injury they offered me $5 off my next order but never told me why they charged me more for the EVEN EXCHANGE. And it took a few days to get a response. Not happy with glamorise AT ALL. That was insulting to offer me $5! I’ll have to think about ordering from this company again. NOT GOID BUSINESS!

I can't say enough great things about this bra company!!! They offer quality products, great selection, tons of useful info on their website re sizing, fit, tips, etc. There is no charge for shipping, either on ordering or returns, and they have an extremely generous return policy! They are U.S. based and their customer service is top notch. Yes, I'm serious! I'm a 72 y.o. grandma who has been searching for years to find a company like this and I am SO impressed!

Front fastening Bra (code 1908)
I was searching for a bra that they sold over 20 years ago. Sadly it's discontinued. I purchased something similar but now it's arrived it's not the same. The high back lace effect isn't right for me even though its a lovely bra. Hopefully they will one day bring back my favourite.
Cannot fault customer care. Excellent service. Super Fast delivery. Highly recommend. 5*****
UPDATE. worn this bra today and its lovely. Make me feel like I'm not wearing a bra. Nice firm feel. The back is higher than most of my summer tops but for the few hot days UK have I'm not worried. Highly recommend this bra

Excellent customer service!
Sadly the band size was perfect but the cups were too large. I was so disappointed because the bra was very nice. I received an immediate response in my attempt to return it, they even mailed me a return label because I don’t have access to a printer. I highly recommend this company!!

Finally a Comfortable Bra
I absolutely LOVE this bra Model # 1010. Seems through the years you've updated it and that it has more rubber to the bra for support. I also don't have to wrestle with the bra straps. They stay up!! I feel the bra actually hugs me and the support is great! The older model had thinner straps that you had to adjust from the top. I would love if you could get them in a beige or cappuccino color.

Customer service at Glamorise is EXCEPTIONAL
Customer service at Glamorise is exceptional. I contacted them with an issue concerning placement of the new tags on the back seam that was irritating. They LISTENED! They talked with their team, they MOVED the tags away from the back seam and replaced the 4 that I had purchased. Instead of asking me to return the original purchase, they asked me to donate those items to a women's shelter, which I did. I have no words to adequately express my gratitude for their response, except that I am DELIGHTED!

I Was Thrilled
I was thrilled, first to even find a company that sells bras for my mature, and "rearranged" figure, at age 71. They had my size, a 50B, which is uncommon. Usually I am a C cup, and they encouraged me to try a B for the bra I was trying, I ordered two styles first, neither of which fit well. I emailed the Co., and their team was immediately on the hunt to help me with a style or size which fit better. They found one for me! I have never experienced better online service, nor a company so true to their promises of free returns and exchanges---in such a timely way. I just love the PEOPLE at Glamorise, too. They describe themselves as a tight-knit team, and I believe that is why they are so effective with their customers. I am so pleased with my new bra now, because of their recommendation. I will order another one soon! Thank you, Glamorise! I now understand why you have been in business since 1921.

First off, Glamorise Bras are well made with quality materials, and beautiful designs for a real woman’s comfort, confidence, and beauty.
In support of this great Bra, is an AMAZING team, dedicated to superior customer service at all levels. I made an error in ordering and the customer service team went way above and beyond to make sure I received the right item. They also offered sizing help, shipped fast, and checked in along the way.

Found your product under kohls but had to order. No place to try on. Looked up on internet and found some, but had to try different sizes when ordering
You should advertise where more mature women buy, like Appleseed's, since we need more back support and front support without wires.just a thought. Woman who contacted me about order was right on top of me getting my order right away. thank you!

Bras Support; Company Doesn't
The workmanship is okay, but the hooks fell apart after about 3 months, and that's not even with consistent use. They boast about their support claims (regarding the product...in both ways I suppose).
I bought it through their Amazon storefront, and they will not stand by their exchange/replacement claim because of that.
(10/11) As you can tell via their response, they still don't claim responsibility for their own storefront. What benefit to them is this?
Take your chance with them but don't hold your breath.

Great customer service. Great product. I had one item shipped to me that was a craftsmanship defect. It was refunded for in full and no questions asked, including shipping cost and a label to ship it back. Bras are awesome - perfect fit, very comfortable and use great materials and well crafted.
