I am very disappointed with both the quality of this white bra and the response I have received.

The bra was worn twice and then washed for the first time at 30°C with other white lingerie only, using a small amount of Persil detergent. No coloured items were included in the wash.

Despite this, the lace and the inside under-cup area have come out cream/discoloured and now look grubby after just one low-temperature wash.

After receiving several AI-generated responses, I was told by your team that “environmental factors”, detergents, minerals in the water, or coloured garments may have caused the issue. As explained above, this was the first wash, completed correctly with white items only, so I do not feel this explanation is reasonable or reassuring.

A white bra should not noticeably discolour after one careful wash under normal washing conditions.

I will not purchase white bras from your company again, and I sincerely hope your website clearly advises customers that your white lingerie may be affected after a single low-temperature wash if these “environmental factors” are supposedly so significant.

I would appreciate a proper response rather than another automated or scripted reply.

I ordered a bra last weekend on line with Glamorise. It was quick and easy since I had purchased before. Surprisingly, on an email confirmation, I saw the package was being shipped to an ex-family member in another state across the country. I immediately went on line and was told (kindly by AI) that the Oder had gone through and could not be charged. It did send the emails to a human that would not be in the office until after the weekend. Finally Michelle contacted me, I explained the concern and did not want to “hope” it would be returned. Michelle sent messages to the delivery service and contacted them when they opened the next day. Her efforts paid off and she was able to have the redirect the package to my home. Thank you Michelle. I found out the same shipping company site is used by several companies and it pulls up address deliveries you’ve sent with other companies. I usually always check the billing and delivery address, but I’ve never sent a bra to anyone and did not think it would go to someone I sent a puzzle or candle to.

I needed help with a return and got it resolved immediately. Excellent customer service!

I ordered a bra. It was well made and great value but I had not measured correctly and had to return it. I omitted to fill in the correct forms and contacted the company querying my refund. The company replied, explained where I had made my mistake. They went above and beyond what I expected (or deserved!).

As a large busted woman, it was rare for me to find the correct size bra in a store or with most of the online businesses. Thankfully, Glamorise has a wide selected of wireless and wired bras. I highly recommend Glamorise dot com to other women because the bras are band and cup specific and they always have my size. I just checked the range of sizes for the sports bra I like #1006. The sizes start at 34B and go all the way up to 50 I!
Now that I’ve lost weight, I’m pleased that they offer free returns because I ordered three different sizes and will be returning two. I’ve used the bra size calculator twice. For me the recommendations were one band and cup size too small. I found one of the three that is the perfect fit. I’ve already ordered two more in the same size.

I love the product I purchase and I’m loyal to the company because they always have great customer service!

Actually had some difficulty receiving my first order but the experience of reordering and refunding the first order was almost painless thanks to the employee Bernita. She was very knowledgable about the steps needing to be done and the timeline. Bernita very promptly let me know when I could expect to see my refund. Additionally, she put the reorder through quickly. That was “going the extra mile”. Very pleasant person to talk to and to explain my issues.

Now, trying to work with the “robot” is not a pleasant experience. You need more people like Bernita!

The structure of this bra really supported my back and breast! I have purchased the regular style similar to the bra you sent, and the old style didn't hold my breast in and straps slipped. It is a little tight around chest but I'm hoping that it will stretch out a bit after washing a few times but overall great support!

Earlier today I went on Glamorise's website to order a bra. I searched for a bra but never put it in my cart or checked out. So, when I got home, I went back on the site to order my bra when I discovered the order had been placed? by who?? I think this is a practice of many merchants, it has now happened to me on TikTok shop, Amazon and now Glamorise?? They are using your saved payment information to automatically make the purchage for you. WTH!!??

I have been a Glamorise customer for almost twenty years, and have always been pleased with their products and service. I recently received an order with two bras in a different size than I ordered. It was past the return window but they had sent the wrong size and I thought I would contact them. The correct size is being shipped to me today at no charge!! Customer service worked with me in resolving the problem, they were very efficient and helpful in coming to a solution.

Glamorise stands by their word. Returns are easy! Sales are great. I don't shop anywhere else except at Glamorise. If there's an issue about an order they are right there and communicate very well!

I have frequently purchased bras from Glamourise. I saw a sale, and even though the price seemed a little high, I ordered one. I kept scrolling Facebook and saw another brand I buy, also on sale. I ordered it because it was considerably cheaper. I went back to the Glamourise site to try and cancel my order. Surprisingly, someone responded immediately. She said they had a no cancellation policy, but she would try to cancel it, if it hadn't shipped. The next day I got a text. I fully expected it to say sorry I couldn't cancel it, but we'll send you a refund when you return it. Instead, it was your order is cancelled. You'll get your account refunded soon. I will definitely shop with them again. They have high-quality, good fitting merchandise!
