My skin is finally glowing

I’ve been using Gin’s skincare daily and her .25 and .50 dermaroller weekly since Christmas (3 months) and I’m starting to love my skin for the first time in my life. The skincare is gentle and clean and effective immediately in making my skin look plump and dewy. Gin is focused on education and that has helped a lot in knowing how and how often to use her products. I feel very supported in my skincare goals by her company.

Disappointed

Disappointed ! I was trying to re-order a .75 derma roller and instead of giving me a 30% as the email link said, I was send a .75 derma roller at full price. And the package was damaged!
I complained about this a few weeks ago, but didn't even get a response. Therefore, I wrote this negative review.

I love these products

I love these products! Before even trying the rollers, I watched Gin's videos and they are extremely helpful. Packages arrive quickly and it feels personal with this company. My skin feels better already after a few sessions following Gin's instructions and I am a converted dermaroller. Also, very important to note that Gin pushes for cleanliness and in SAFE use of the products.

I bought the prickly rollers

I bought the prickly rollers. I guess they're used for scar tissue, stretch marks, wrinkles, and hair loss. I'm bald but I did not buy for hair loss, I just wanted something pokey on my scalp to help me relax. I use .5mm. Very easy to use. Feels amazing. It has a gentle sting but is totally tolerable if you get the right roller and apply the right pressure. Takes a little practice but I really like it. I work in construction. And I don't care if I'm bald. It is what it is, lol.

Very angry with this company

Very angry with this company. Paid over 1000 dollars and i never received my package. Be carefull, would recommend buying products somewhere else if you dont want to burn your hard earned money. They have no phone number and communicate very slow. If i dont get a refund more serious steps will be taken.

Your statement is simply false. I did not receive any track and trace code or email whatsoever. There is literally nothing i can do. Well, very smart to point to your policies, but the facts are that i paid €1000 and did not receive anything. And thats YOUR responsibilty not mine, so stop using your policy to chicken out of this situation.. Also since i again never received any email about paying fees, which means you cant blame me for not paying them. Very disappointing and sad reply.. if i could give lower than 1 star i would.

Costumer service is so horrible, in weeks we dident make any progress. Truly horrible. No service, no package, no clear signs if i will ever get my package. Costumer service is so bad i cant believe it. Very slow responding and not helping at all.
Everything points to a startup business where things are not under control at all. This is the most frustrating and unprofessional company i ever ordered any product from. I HIGHLY recommend DONT buy anything here.

They are blaming me for not contacting my local UPS pick up point (see response below), but there are literally 100's of UPS pick up points in my city and i emailed them i have no idea which one to call. They are not willing to take any responsonsibility.

Our team contacted your local UPS office multiple times, but their system was entirely in a different language. We called UPS International again, and they confirmed they needed the recipient to reach out directly to confirm the delivery address and pay the customs fees. Despite our repeated requests for you to do so, that step wasn’t taken.

Since the package is now being returned to us (initiated by the courier), we’ve already issued you a full refund and have notified you about it.

We understand frustration, but we strive to maintain professional and respectful dialogue. Our Customer Service Team did everything possible from our side to assist and resolve the issue. We hope this brings closure and wish you all the best moving forward.

Vit C moisturizer, and serums

I first bought the vitamin C moisturizer and it had a very bad rancid smell. It took several emails to only get a store credit because they didn't want to refund. That was really weird because the cream was impossible to use because of the smell. With the store credit I got the peptide serum and the hyaluronic serum. I still can't tell how it works as I just started using them and really looking forward to liking them. What I don't like is the pumping system as it squirts the product everywhere although I try to be very careful but the serums end up all over the place and that is unfortunately a waste of product
Edit to clarify from your reply: I appreciate that you're going to look into the packaging (pump). That's helpful. But I want to specify the I emailed the company immediately after getting the vit C cream, I did not wait because I thought it was very important to let them know about the bad smell of the cream and to get a better solution. I was definitely in the guarantee window. I still have high hopes for serums

Seems obscene and completely arbitrary if not just downright greedy mark-up for something she (Gin) used to advertise about 'it's so safe I use it to clean my vegetables..." Obviously, she is no longer pushing out those vidoes, because how gross would that be? I wash my food with $49 cleanser...

The cleanser

The cleanser, vitamin c booster, and vitamin c moisturiser have completely changed the texture and tone of my skin to be more even. I’m absolutely in love with this brand and these products. My face has never felt so clean and so bright without makeup

Massive improvement of my skin

I’m 58 years old and been using Gin Amber Dermaroller for 6 months now. I see massive improvement, especially around my eye area, I do not need botox anymore. Very happy with the results.

I absolutely love Gin Amber’s Vitamin C + Squalane repair cream!! It is my favorite daily moisturizer. I love how lightweight and hydrating it feels on my face. Highly recommend!
I also love the Tinted mineral sunscreen so much for everyday wear, as it’s gentle and light weight and stays on so well throughout the day.
I appreciate how clean the ingredients are in all of Gin Amber’s products.
