Terrible customer service. Quality of work extremely poor.
Contractors will either make appointments and not turn up. Or we see them on the ring door bell sitting in their van outside the property, and the job is then marked Tenant did not answer. I've concluded that they do this to get paid for as many call outs as possible.
Absolutely despicable service have been contacted to do work on my property by Mount Green housing in December 2024 so far I’ve been given four appointments for the same job just for them to call on the day to cancel. I am now on my fifth appointment and I have little faith that anybody will even turn up for that one.
Would not recommend would not even Use this company if I had a choice as the customer services are despicable and retraining is quite clearly needed throughout the whole of this organisation..

Contracted on behalf of Peabody to complete repairs . They text me a date to visit to complete works resulting in damp and mould with out checking if anyone would be in.
I called twice a day and kept on hold on excess of 40 minutes to then be disconnected . I filled in their contact form on the website requesting a call back so I could rearrange the appointment to a date and time where I wouldn’t be at work, over 2 weeks later no call or response . They sent an operative anyway and then messaged again confirming the works had been completed when no one was in to give them access. Called again today and accidentally pressed option for wrong borough, they answered within minutes but of course couldn’t assist and then said they would see if they could get someone to help me, they simply put me back in a queue for 40 minutes to then be answered again by the same lady who couldn’t help. Customer service is shocking ?!!
Had a blown window came to change it but took 10 minutes to take out 2 hours to put back told not to open door for 24 hours when I opened the door omg. A total boggle told them and was told will be back to fix it that’s 2 months ago total waste of time and I can’t say enough to put these cowboys down enough
On the 26th December, I lost the hot water from my bathroom mixer tap. I could not fill the bath or have a shower. At this time I was also sick with a respiratory infection and felt too ill to call Peabody Trust on 27th December to tell them about the issue. I then called Peabody on 30th December and was informed that Gilmartin's would be passed the job. Up until this present time, nobody has contacted me and although I have called Gilmartin's, they never answer the phone and I have spent 30 - 40 minutes trying to get through. Peabody unsurprisingly were also useless, although the person I spoke to in complaints, sent Gilmartin's an email marking it as urgent. Having hot water in your home in order to bathe is a basic human requirement and it has been a week now without having a shower or bath. This may not seem very long to some people, but trust me it is an unpleasant experience, plus I am returning to work on Monday and don't want to be stinking! This company is an absolute disgrace and I have emailed them informing them of that. Peabody Trust is run by a bunch of idiots, who of course gave Gilmartin's the contract to carry out works. I have been with Peabody over 30 years and this is the worst service received ever!!! Peabody directors should be sacked along with Gilmartin's. Anyone fancy starting a campaign?
unfortunately as a Peabody tenant i am now stuck with these my roof has a hole ,i am paying my disability benefit to heat a house with a hole in the roof ,they said they need a asbestos check , and the everything stopped yesterday someone promised me they would ring back bare faced lie after e mails sent from peabody they still do not think it is important to actually keep the tenet in the loop,got news for you as a 20 year tenant of peabody i am use to this sort of behaviour ,you are biting off a problem you know nothing about ,good luck with taking me for a fool
They are contracted to Camden Council. Failing to turn up and failing to repair and restore. Camden is a Labour Council and the Somerstown Ward is in Sir Keith Starmers electorate. He should be aware of the failures of his local council in his electorate in relationship to repair and redecoration.
The director of Human resources there is called Clare Gilmartin. . The man running the data registration is called Richard Delacy. The registration number with the Information Commissioners Office is Z1961866 which expires on 01.11.2024. You can make a subject access request and find out what they have done about your repairs and/or complaint. You can find the ier emal address from their website
This company is a disgrace disgraceful useless staff they can't do anything they are cowboys getting paid for not doing anything comes for jobs they just wait in there Vans smoking nothing done same old story they don't deserve not even one star should be zero zero this company should even exist
Absolutely dreadful company . They were sent by my housing association to fix my roof . They put scaffolding up 2 months ago, the 45 mins job they completed 4 weeks ago and still the scaffolding is there. I’ve complained that if I have a fire upstairs that is my escape route but I can not get out as the scaffold poles are preventing me from opening the windows . We have had high winds a few times in the last few weeks and one of the poles had moved but still no one has come out . My car is park right next to the scaffold and more importantly my 2 year old grandson lives with me and has to walk under it to get out the house . Since the pole slightly more I don’t feel it’s safe . My housing have been ringing then every week and are being told it will be taken down asap . We are almost 8 weeks in and still nothing . I had my grandson 2nd birthday party organised for my house but the poles are blocking my shed to get the lawn mower out , we had to relocate the party as I didn’t want young children around the scaffolding. I’ve rang again this morning 02/10/23 to see if they will come this week. I have a building friend who said he would happily take it down for me , so I am about to take his offer up by Friday
Please stay away from this firm - they are a bunch of sharks. I wanted to extend my Lease and negotiate a Premium with my Private Landlord. I have called a surveyor named James Gilmartin and he told me that "he knows the Landlord well and negotiated many deals in the past"...and requested me to pay upfront £480 for the valuation of my flat. I have paid in a good faith that he is a trustworthy person. After I have transferred my fees to them, they have tried to "negotiate" and came back suggesting to serve the Notice - got my money by deceit. Misleading and misrepresentation tactics are used to sell their services - beware, you will never get your money back!
