A personal touch from a Scottish supplier

I was looking for something Scottish as a little gift and came across the site on Instagram. It lived up to what the advert! Good quality product it arrives spot on time in fact faster than I expected I got a lovely message thanking for the offer which is super. I then went on and ordered some more gifts and they arrived even faster again with a thank you message. It’s those little details the quality of the product and just a personal touches that make all the difference. I don’t want mass produced items. I want personal and that means the personal part is from the customer care then I’m happy.

Makes me smile every time I see it !

I was very pleased to find Gillian’s website and her products, and as I was looking for something unique and tunnocks caramel wafer orientated I was very impressed by what I saw.
I was looking for a tunnocks caramel wafer mug for a very special person in my life and within minutes I managed to order one and had it delivered in time for her birthday. Great service , great products and great wee unique business!
Feedback from the very special person in my life - “it makes me smile every time I see it “
Thanks Gillian much appreciated, Stephen

Hi Anne. I'm sorry you were disappointed that the tin doesn't come filled with biscuits.

I'm an independent designer running a very small business of 1.5 people, and unfortunately it's not practical for us to sell the tins with biscuits inside. Doing so would mean handling food products, which brings additional storage, packing and delivery requirements (particularly in warmer weather), as well as significantly increasing the cost of the product.

Instead, we chose to offer the tins empty so customers can fill them with fresh biscuits themselves. This keeps the price much lower and means you can choose your own favourites!

We do make this as clear as we possibly can on the product page - it's mentioned three separate times, including in red at the very top of the page - so I'm sorry this was missed before ordering.

I do hope that once you've filled the tin you'll still enjoy using it for many years to come.

Great

Gorgeous product and received super quickly - it was a gift and I'm sure the recipient is going to love it! Happy knowing we purchased from a small business and would purchase from Gillian Kyle again.

Tunnocks tin - a perfect gift 😁

I was really pleased to stumble upon the amazing range of Tunnocks items on offer. The tin was a perfect father's day gift to which I added a coaster for his cuppa while enjoying a favourite snack.(On receipt, I also filled the tin with 24 milk and dark chocolate caramel wafer biscuits). Dad was thrilled 😁
Super fast delivery too.
Have shared this find and recommended to friends.
