Avant de commander du matériel sur ce site, j'ai demandé une consultation gratuite le 17 octobre 2025.
Nous nous sommes échangé une dizaine d'e-mail avec l'expert car il fallait toujours plus d'info, de mesures au mètre ou des mesures avec REW et puis silence radio.
L'expert ne répond plus aux mails depuis le 20 octobre 2025 ? Je ne sais absolument pas ce qu'il se passe !!!

Je me suis inscrit à la new letters et je n'ai jamais reçu de code promo pour 10% de rabais sur ma 1ère commande comme cela était indiqué.

ho appena acquistato 2 TURBO TRAP, a livello tecnico funzionano molto bene, hanno eliminato tutti i rimbombi sulle basse frequenze che avevo nella stanza. La qualità della fattura delle Bass Trap non è molto buona, il tessuto presenta molte grinze e pieghettature sul bordo inferiore e superiore del cilindro. Il prezzo è più elevato della concorrenza quindi mi sarei aspettato una qualità impeccabile.
L'imballaggio è molto scadente, mi è arrivato il cartone sfondato e rattoppato con lo scotch dal corriere, per fortuna tutto integro il contenuto. Non è prevista alcuna imbottitura tra il cartone e il prodotto. packaging secondo me da rivedere assolutamente.

I was so thrilled to discover that GIK could turn my photos into acoustic art panels.

I received my delivery and opened the packaging last week.

My heart just sang when I saw how faithfully GIK had reproduced on acoustic fabric my all time favourite photos.

I also ordered the Impression Pro Series Corner Bass Traps and again when they arrived I was really impressed by the wood working. It look looked like an artisan had spent ages crafting them.

I have no connection with this company, but given how much I struggled with this process, I just wanted to share my experience

In case someone else with no knowledge, having built an excellent av system, discovers the concept of room treatment.

I genuinely don’t believe any of this would have been achieved without the high level of prompt personal customer service I’ve received from Lukas & Lindsay.

Looking back I found customer service to be the critical factor.

Because, starting with no knowledge, turning the theory of ‘treating’ my room into a practical purchase, was so much more mind blowing and far more complicated than I anticipated.

Without the sheer amount of prompt, helpful guidance I received, over and over again, I’d simply have given up and lost out on the opportunity I’ve now realised.

That is, for a cinema room of such beauty that it has well exceeded my expectations and boy does it sound as good as it looks and it sounds great!!!

I have ordered multiple panels from GIK Acoustics and I’m very pleased with how they work, their quality and appearance. They gave me free advise on how to treat my room and after installing the suggested panels, the sound in my home studio has greatly improved.

Recently I ordered a custom art panel for the first and they went the extra mile to customise my order and to help me get the right colour grading of the printed image. They have a first class customer service.

I've used GIK for several years now and see no reason to look anywhere else for acoustic treatment. Love the quality of their products and every staff member I've interacted with has been incredibly helpful.

Was super impressed with the speed of communication and the delivery of my recent order.

Products look great and work well; plenty of choice in sizes and finishes. And good value. Also prompt responses to enquiries.

I used the GIK Room Acoustics Visualizer to get a good sense of how my room would look and avoid mistakes. Does take a while to learn how to use it productively.

Had one larger delivery that took over two weeks (many stops on the way from Poland) but another smaller delivery that took less than a week. Think it depends on the courier and/or the size of the packages.

I'd like to see more encouragement for customers to recycle the packaging as there is a lot of it; for example, the protective plastic bags the panels come in are unmarked but appear to be conventional and recyclable.

I had previously bought some bass traps but since that time they explained the design has been improved and so slightly different, asking if I wanted the new design or the older design to match my previous order. AMAZING!!!

I have been purchasing from GIK Acoustics for many years. Since the beginning, the standard products are actually improving in quality - amazing!
For example, my two most recent orders of CT Alpha Pro and some fully custom Tri-Traps, Monster Traps and ‘B6’ (custom thickness of B4) are excellent.
Furthermore, during the order process, the team at GIK Acoustics advised about a specific limitation to do with the type of cloth I had selected. Supremely professional of them!

I have purchased several times from GIK, and it has always been a pleasant experience. Both their products and customer service are excellent where regarding the latter, you are welcomed by real(ly nice) people that represent an aim to keep a good reputation.
Their prices are fair, and if you value safety, it is a no-brainer. Should it turn out that one day after all stone wool isn't to healthy to inhale anyway, and you have a two-year old wandering about, I personally, appreciate that the GIK-products have safety measures installed attending to this.
