I was skeptical about price but once I received the products I realized they were worth every penny. They look pretty, well made units and the difference to sound quality and fidelity in my home theatre is outstanding.

Die eingehende Beratung und die Umsetzung mein Musikzimmer klanglich perfekt zu machen war äußerst professionell und sehr freundlich. Der Kontakt und die Abwicklung war perfekt. Ich habe mich zu jeder Zeit sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. So muss Service und eine gute Kundenbetreuung sein. Besser geht es nicht. Das Ergebnis stellte mich sehr zufrieden. Der Klang ist nun perfekt. Die Qualität der einzelnen Teile begeistert mich auch optisch!

Fantastic customer service from start to finish and great products. I took advantage of the free acoustic advice at the start and LR was very patient answering all my questions and explaining various bits and pieces to help me work out what I needed. He also helped me work out how to position my existing equipment to fit my room best. I then managed to mess up my order form (specified the wrong colour on a panel) which I didn't realise until the product arrived (which it did very promptly!). LB then did an absolutely fantastic job of sorting it out (and to just to be clear, that meant sorting it all out her end at absolutely no inconvenience to me) which meant that 48 hours later, the product has been swapped (new delivery and pickup of the original) and I haven't had to take time out of working to sort it out. GIK were recommended to me and I would have no hesitation in recommending them onto others. I can already hear the impact the move around and the products are having. Thanks ever so much for all the help all of you, much appreciation!

Ich war auf der Suche nach einem upgrade für meine Studio Akustik und habe einfach bei GIK angerufen.
Nach einem netten Telefonat habe ich per mail Bilder meines Raums verschickt und ein Angebot erhalten das ich dan auch bestellt habe.
Nach kurzer Fertigungszeit wurde die Pakete per GLS geliefert.
Qualität & Preis stimmen und ich bin sehr froh, dass ich die Paneele nun in meinem Studio nutzen kann. Bin bei meinen Recherchen ja auch auf DIY Videos etc gestoßen. Wer darauf Bock hat und über das handwerkliche Talent verfügt kann das vielleicht machen. Für mich rechtfertigt die (vermeintliche) Ersparnis nicht den Komfort und die Qualität von GIK. Volle Empfehlung!

I ordered two Monster Bass Traps in a custom size to go with four other standard size panels that I already have. The turn around time for the order was impressively fast and the communication with the staff at GIK was excellent.

Kostenlose kompetente Beratung, zuverlässiger Versand, aber vor allem die Produkte (in meinem Fall Bassfallen und kombinierte Diffusoren/ Bassfallen) sind hinsichtlich ihrer Qualität und vor allem klanglichen Eigenschaften weit überlegen.

Free acoustic advice really provided (not only advertised) repeatedly in friendly manner, quickly and with explanations.
The same person communicated with me for the whole pre-order period and was aware of my specific needs.

After making order, I was immediately contacted by another sales person who became again single point of communication with GiK for me. I was informed continuously about status of my order. It took only 4 days to deliver ordered panels to Czech republic after I paid the invoice!

Build quality and packaging are really nice. Boxes were delivered slightly damaged by transport service, but panel inside were untouched due to additional protection inside of the box.

GIK's personal advice service is very impressive and helpful, and with top quality products to match, I couldn't be happier. The improvement in the rooms that I've treated is dramatic!
