Just bought l latte and 1 cappuccino for journey home. Both drinks taste like dishwater. I know this is not usual, so what has happened. They are undrinkable 😡😡

I am disabled, and my friend and I visit once or twice a week. This is our most favourite place. Staff, John and Simona, look after us very well. However, the last couple of times we have visited, it has been unbearably hot. We have witnessed a number of mature people walking in and walk straight out again because of the heat. It Is a great shame. Even more so, your staff are working in such circumstances. Dealing with the oven and hot drinks must be awful. Please mend the Aircon as soon as possible from two loyal customers of customers (at the moment!).

Recently visited Costa coffee at M1 junction 36. Plenty of space but all the tables were full of dirty trays and cups etc. We left immediately as did the people behind us. Very disapointing.

An oasis in the desert at Dorchester County Hospital The coffee was full of flavour The two Baristas were brilliant Although a Sunday had been for emergency treatment in DCH and my phone had died due to trying to phone for the unbookable taxi to take me home They offered to charge phone, told me where the free taxi phone was and brought my coffee to my table. COSTA COFFEE CHORLEYWOOD EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES AND DISLIKE TOWARDS FAMILIES
WE VISITED FOR 3-years plus once a week and then told via the duty area manger that unless the children stop walking around the coffee shop they would call the police ..shameful behaviour

We have complained to the CEO at costa but so far no response !

Costa coffee now owned by COCA COLA ..brought from Whitbread some time ago ..Are people aware of this ..massive American Company

Not even worth 1 star. A company that advertises to young girls and women about the removal of healthy breasts is disgusting. Not even a thought about women who have had their breasts removed for cancer. Shameful act by a woke company that i hope looses billions. Lost my custom and many others i hope. Shocking act to promote un natural mutilation of bodies over a mental health illness.

Tired of woke Companies. Your coffee isn't just bad and expensive but now this? Enjoy losing bilions.

When ordering coffee today at the Fenton store in Stoke on Trent the young girl who served me was very rude. I think some training in customer service would be useful. I certainly won't be using that particular store again.

It would be nice if the staff know what they are doing, my daughter had a tostie and it was burnt because your new member of staff had no idea what she was doing, have you ever thought of training them before leaving them to people.

Shocking go to Costa service station at Necton PE37 8FP and receive a parking fine for over staying over 45mins, how can this be enough time to drink, eat & use facilities along with filling up. No way to pay for extra time. What’s point in even having your branch here if you can’t use it without getting a fine.

Large lit up sign in Costa Surbiton,saying-cakes £1 with a drink on Friday-it was12.30 on a Friday,but I was charged £2.60 for a cake plus £3.30 for a coffee-so misleading.I heard another customer complain.Costa Customer Service have done absolutely nothing,merely asked if I had a picture-no I haven't-perhapsthey should get an explanation from the Surbiton Manager and get back to me.23/6/23

They never open on time.
And service is very very slow. 1 coffee make take 20 minutes.

I go to my local costa coffee in Enfield Zori is a lovely young Lady working there.She is so helpful and friendly.

I received a Costa Coffee eGift card from a lovely client which is proving to be some gift!! I've contact Costa three times about the issue I have had using it and still no one has responded from the customer service team!! Every store I have been into have been super helpful, and although the balance is showing there are funds are available the QR code doesn't work.

Me and my grandmother went to this costa for lunch on today. We went in at 2pm and there was only one person working. The other 4 people leisurely wondered in at 3pm as if they didn’t have work in the first place. This one employee, Josh, was doing everything behind the counter to an exceptional leave considering he was all alone. He made both of us amazing food and drink at an incredible pace considering his circumstances. He made the experience much better and it rly made the best of a bad situation.

We are regular visitors to Costa. We called in at the Newark one on Lincoln road. The Barista was very rude when asked to put some Chocolate on the Cappuccino. She was not very professional when speaking to other members of staff. Other people in our group had the same experience when ordering there drinks. Our son had to take his back as it tasted burnt, after explaining this to the Barista, she asked him "What do you want me to do" with attitude. Will not be going there again.

Went to your Marshwood store in Canterbury today for my usual Americano and I was shocked to see a male staff member (who I believe was referred to as Mark by another staff member) being rude to a young Asian female staff member in front of me and other customers.

He was using a patronising tone while advising her how she wasn't doing her job properly. For anyone in management to humiliate their staff in such a public manner, only shows how incompetent he is at his own job and should consider another profession where he learned better communication skills and how his racial bias affects other people. The poor girl looked visibly embarrassed by the experience, surely a kinder and polite conversation “in private” would have been more appropriate. This a disgraceful way to treat your staff, Costa, please do better!

Served by Kay (karira) at St George's Centre, Preston who made us amazing iced drinks. She was so friendly, took care to make our drinks amazing and checked we had enjoyed them when she passed our table. Whole costa experience was great.

Very disappointed , not internet connection in a central coffee shop in Glasgow with out internet !!
