Hi Melissa, we are so sorry to hear what happened with your order. You had been in contact with our team via email recently and we had investigated your delivery case between yourself, Star Track and the hospital in which the delivery was made to. The hospital was able to confirm with us that they received the package and it was signed by a member of staff at the delivery dock. From there they could also confirm that they sent the package off to be delivered to your recipients ward, to then be then passed onto your recipients hospital room. This is then where the hospital staff could not confirm whether it was delivered to the correct patient room. The hospital staff tried to be as helpful as they could in trying to locate the parcel one last time but they let us know that they could not. We are sincerely sorry this happened with your order and unfortunately as it had been delivered to the correct address, but then lost somewhere along the way there was nothing we could do in terms of making another delivery. The delivery was not what was given but late
the card was some one else not mine so disappointed
luckily I rang to check with the hospital and was able to
tell them it was from the family and name.

The gift for someone who has everything
What do you buy your great Aunt, who is 104 and still as sharp as a whip? The gift basket we chose was the perfect gift. The ordering process was simple as was the payment system. Also there was no issue delivering to an age care facility, even during lockdown. She loves the gift (we chose wine and nibbles). Perfect.

Birthday chocolate basked
The birthday chocolate basket was impressive. However I was most disappointed that it arrived the day after the birthday. Picked up in Brisbane on 1 November. Delivered in Auchenflower (a few miles away) on 3 November. Not good.

I have had a look into your order and I can see that it did unfortunately experience an unexpected delay and was therefore delivered a day later than the both of us expected. We are in constant contact with AusPost and StarTrack and for the shipping service we send our baskets with there were no known delays for the Queensland area at the time so we would not have known to send your order out a day in advance in efforts to avoid this. We do sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and disappoint this caused upon your gift however we are very glad your recipient was still delighted by their basket! This company is absolutely brilliant! It was easy to navigate the ordering process on the website to get what I wanted. THE BEST PART is... I ordered on a Friday afternoon and it was delivered early the following Monday morning, hamper is fabulous
BTW. AND I was notified via txt that it would be delivered during a 2 hour window? I order a lot of things online and have never had exceptional service like "Gift Basket"
