From the time I contacted your office regarding changes, I received a prompt reply the following day and explanation as to where request changes. The delivery was on time and the presentation which was for a 50th Wedding Anniversary was "Just Perfect." My friends loved the contents so everyone was extremely happy. Would highly recommend your company.

Up date on missing basket
Basket ordered & paid 24/10- today 3/11 still no sign of the basket- your office advised they had contacted Star Track and had it redirected from Tanunda to my home address in Gulfview Heights- but before that could happen Star Track had to find it!!!!
$190.00 spent, food stuff will need to be thrown away- if ever the basket is found- what about a refund I have paid for a service that has not been delivered.
Very disappointed
An Update- Ribbons & Blooms have acted and a new order was dispatched on Friday and arrived in Roxby today- A beautiful basket and three day turnaround. It appears the first missing basket was a transport issue, which is out of their control.- so thank you R&B
