If I had to recommend a person I fully trust, I would recommend John Hewitt without any hesitation. John Hewitt isn't just the soul behind Ghostmail's excellent catalog of services. John Hewitt is also the best friend we can find in the UK to develop our professional or philanthropic project. John Hewitt is an excellent professional and a wonderful and endearing person, who pampers the client and takes care of the business until he achieves a level of excellence that has made me feel at home. Not only do I wholeheartedly recommend Ghostmail, but I also want to acknowledge the importance of John in making Ghostmail a truly unique and endearing business idea that is also truly wonderful.

I am a bit disappointed with the lack…

I am a bit disappointed with the lack of clarity on the service offering. I paid GBP 19 for the mail service, But I had requested scan and email ONLY. I do not want any postal service. The reason for this is twofold: First, I reside in the Philippines but it was not one of the options in the drop down menu for input of the address - so I had no choice but to use my main family home address in Canada (which I rarely use). Second, the postal service is so slow that it is relatively useless. Also, I am being billed for the postal service on a piece by piece basis for very small amounts (over and above the GBP 19 I paid). This was not clear to me at the start and is a bit unwieldy to have to pay small amounts regularly (and incur funds transfer costs).

Please advise soonest so I can benefit properly from this useful service. Thanks so much, Arun Abraham

Ok not too bad but

Ok . The Mail is shipped fast. But there is a lack of transparency about the cost of shipping items back which is a bit unsatisfactory.
