It was just okay. The person was hard to understand, talked too fast. I still don't know if I am going to receive a refund or not.

We tried to call all day and it would hang up and tell us to email which we had already done before we called. Numerous times.

The personnal that work for this company has always been very nice and very courteous. I ordered a Digital HDTV antenna. I received 7 of them ( I don't know who's fault) it very well could have been me. I also ordered a Universal Remote Control. I received 2 of them. When my wife got home from WV I told her what I purchased. I don't do much ordering, she does. She didn't like the reviews and ask me if I could return them. I said yes I would. None of any of the products have been openned out of the packages that they came in. So I'm trying to get a refund.

Fast ordering

Did not get the number of channels I was hoping for (1). Might just be that the signals are not available up here in northern Canada.

Right now I'm not a good customer to be asking that. I ordered one and they gave me three for $116 I'm disabled and that took all my check that I had left I had planned on spending around 45 or $50 with shipping. When I called back 5 minutes after that they said it was too late that it was already being packed but I can send it back and get my refund that's what I want to do because I tried it and it only gave me 6 to 10 channels and I can get 48 with my other antenna I hope we can do the right business and get my refund as soon as possible it's very important in my life

All team members that I talked to about returning my product were very helpful. The only trouble I had is the time of delivery from the time that I ordered. It was a little long.

The wave max antenna is not any good. They will jerk you around when you try to return it. I had to threaten to contact better business bureau to get any results. If you are disaffected with product don't try to be nice it doesn't work. They will try to jerk you around until time is up to return unit

I was disconnected once before I got through to customer service. Once I was connected everything went well.

So far its good I'll let ya know if the product works for me.Ive wasted a lot of money on internet products that didn't work.I pray this one does so I can be thru with the fire stick.Thank you.

My antenna does not work. Requesting to return item for full refund. First man didn’t follow through with return address information by sending the information by email. Second Lady was nice and I am responding per the email. Hope to get this resolved soon. Price advertised as $27.95 but my credit card was charged $53.15. Why? Thank you. Treva
