The customer service representative gave excellent and helpful suggestions to remedy problems with the wave indoor antenna. She was understanding and response was quick.

We are sad to say our experience didn't happen. The Wave is not compatible with our Television so we need to return it. Nothing that we did would make it work.

Some how my order charged me for 2 units, which surprisingly arrived very quickly. I only thought I had purchased one on the website. Upon getting them today I tried hooking one up to two different TV's and scanned for channels. In both locations the wavemax did not perform as I had hoped/expected. In fact I put my old RCA antenna back on with better results. Additionally, I received numerous emails offering to purchase a universal remote to add to my order. I did not need one. I will say customer service has responded in a professional manner but I am trying to send these back as they do not work any better than my original HD antenna. I only opened one of them to try it out.

Customer service was very helpful and understanding. He worked fast and got the process started for a return.

Started out a little different but ended the way I wanted. I did not want the product, personal reason and they came through with refunds on everything. I can do business again if there was something I wanted.

The Genelman I spoke with was very helpful and kind. I was very appreciative.

I was of the opinion this WaveMax antenna would work in my trailer plug into our TV as instructed. It did not. I called support for help and waited on the phone for greater than thirty minutes with someone answering, asking me to go online for support assistance. It was at this point. I went to the TV in our garage in hopes I could connect that TV to the remote WaveMax antenna. Neither of these connections worked for me, and I just felt remote support would probably not do any better than what I had already tried, so I elected at this point, to ask for my money back.

It has not been great as yet I have not received the item when I receive it and have tried it I will let you know as I have heard mixed reports I will make up my own mind many thanks Paul

Still don't know how to return extra item. Ordered one got two. You asked me to take pics. and I did. Still don't know where to send return or how to get refund for unopened item

I just wish you would let me know what my order total is before you asked me about your special add ons. I definitely would have accepted the speedy shipping if I had known it was only $2.00 more then what you actually charged me.
