I returned an unopened and unused Uvilizer as per their complete instructions. The tracking shows they have my return back for more than 10 days but they won't refund my money or even answer the phone or an email. They have a money back guarantee that is a COMPLETE LIE. BUYER BEWARE

I have purchased the UVO254 lights and use them in my basement, my bedrooms, my kitchen,and even in my cars. Disinfection at its best! The air has never smelt so fresh and now it is so much easier to sleep at night. I have even gifted some to my friends as well. They all love them. Would recommend to everyone.

I’ve not used the product so far because I’ve been very unwell. I received it in May 24.
I’m at home recovering now so reached out to them only to discover they are causing problems for me. Anyone out there purchase a 65 dollar item n get charged £65 British pounds. It took a lot of mails to stop sending marketing. I feel so stressed and not good so far. Wish I’d never bought it. So much hassle

Was so excited to get our UVlizer because my son has terrible allergies. Firstly, our adapter didn’t work, so the company sent us another, thankfully. We’ve had the machine for 2 weeks and I’ve used it maybe 5 times and now it doesn’t work at all. Never been dropped, the power is on but the light doesn’t work. It was great when it worked, but frustrating now that it doesn’t after such a short amount of time that we’ve had it. Hoping that support can help as good as they did when we needed a new adapter. That being said, am a little irritated that we had issues from the start.

I seldom write bad reviews but today I am compelled to do so. Very poor customer service. Bad product. Unit was defective. I sent them video via email. Phone listed not working. They kept sending emails saying…
someone will reach out within. 24-48 hours, never happened. Does not offer return labels. Why would a consumer pay return shipping for a defective unit/product? I do not recommend this company nor this product at all.

I find it weird, I have to say: even after using Uvlizer, I can still see dust ( if I haven't dusted yet), but the air feels better.

For the first time, I just used Uvlizer in my bathroom, which unfortunately has mold. After I returned, the ozone smell was very strong, but then dissipated after I left the window open for a long time. I can't tell if the mold spores died, but if even hospitals use this technique, I think it is great to be able to eliminate mold in such a simple and easy way. We know how harmful mold is, and it is works it is the easiest way I can think of for eliminating mold danger.

I will use my Uvlizer repeatedly in that bathroom, and hopefully even the black mold spots will disappear. I don't know yet, time will tell, but just knowing that whatever is there is less harmfu, even though unsightly, is already quite a progress!

What an amazing product!! Within minutes of turning it on, the fresh scent makes it way down the stairs. Sooooo clean smelling. And the resulting lack of coughing/sneezing/ tissue use is wonderful! We’ve found that the house smells so good with Uvlizer and allergies have decreased a lot since we had this wonderful technology. I’m disappointed cause the directions say to shut the door of the room you will be cleaning, roll up a towel & place under door. Stay out of room til 40 min or more are up, depending on how long you run it. It sounds like we shouldn’t smell the ozone air circulating in the room……then remove plants from room!!‼️
Am I correct in my assumptions according to your book of directions?

I like most people I have been dealing with allergies for sometime. When I saw this product advertised, I was skeptical at first, but decided to give it a try. To my delight, it worked well. I have taken advantage of their black Friday deal and bought two more units.
I also have to say that the customer service is very good. We had a small communications problem, and it was resolved without any effort on my part

I purchased the Uvlizer to try and get rid of the mice we seem to get in our house every time the seasons change. We started using it every other day only because we are retired and aren’t away from home every day so we had to make plans to be gone for at least a couple of hours each time. After a few weeks we haven’t seen a mouse, dead or alive, and the air just smells fresher. We’ve noticed that the dust floating in the air that we can see under our skylight in the living room has all but disappeared which is a bonus for me!
I’ve also purchased the UV water bottles to be able to drink our tap water and they work great too! Fully rechargeable and your water is freshened and clear in just a few minutes!
I would definitely recommend these products!
